Enjoyable Stay Despite Deposit

Great stay with amazing accommodations! The $250 deposit felt high and took about a week to return, but I would stay here again.

Finally...a comfortable bed!

Very nice hotel in a good area. Beds were nice. Breakfast bagel bar was fine. No meat but juices, cereal, yogurt, boiled eggs, and a plethora of toppings for bagels. I'd stay here again.

Lousy Hotel / Ugly Experience

It was a bad experience. I looked everywhere for a ice machine and couldn't find it. I received a text message from the front desk asking how things are. Asked where is the ice machine if there is one. Said you need to come to the front desk and request it. I went and received a bucket of ice. Went back to the room and realized that I now had ice and my soda but no cup. I went to my event. I came back by 9 pm. There were 4 people beyond drunk in front of the lobby entrance. You had to put up with their drinking and yelling. I left early the next morning. By the afternoon, I received an e-mail that I'm being charged for damages. I have stayed at numerous hotels throughout California. I have never been charged for any type of damage. I tried calling and got disconnected when asked to speak to the manager. I called the next day and couldn't get thru. 4 days later, I finally talked to the manager. Kept me on hold for over 8 minutes and insisted I caused unbelievable damage. Stay here if you to be charged extra for NO real reason. I traveled for hours for this lousy experience. Very upsetting ........

The staff was great, the area ehh, the hallways very noisy when you walk on them, hot as heck when got into the room but the AC did cool it off pretty quickly. They were accommodating would i stay agian yes, for a hilton hotel i did expect a better area.

The office gals were super nice and went out of their way to help me get to Amtrak to make my train on time.even the maid staff were cheery and accommodating. The bed was ultra comfortable, but the entire staff made my visit wonderful!

Good enough for what I needed

The coffee was out two mornings in a room for breakfast. Had to ask somebody to fill up both times first time was very quick second time. The customer service person was very rude. You could hear people walking in the floors, very noisy when in my room, you could hear doors shutting on floor below you in fact the room actually shook when people shut their doors

Good for a one night stay. Has no pool or spa . The room was nicely decorated. Outside was stark and very unappealing. Needs to put picture of the outside of the hotel so you know what to look for.

Good enough

We ordered a handicap room and that is what we received. The bathroom is spacious and will easily accommodate a wheelchair. The bed is comfortable. The TV is a nice size. There is a small refrigerator. There is no microwave. There is a small desk and a footstool for a chair. One of the staff members on night shift talked very loud. It was hard for me to get some decent sleep. For breakfast it is a bagel bar.
