Disliked: Staff & service
They never got my payment from hotels.com then tried to make me pay again with them at the front desk . Had hotes call them to confirm but ended up getting a refund and then. I have to pack up call for a ride book anther hotel check in and unpack again and it was 11 o’clock at night .
