Great facilities, near city centre. Gym is actually a partner gym around the corner, so not in building but close by - not an issue just something to note! Really good area, in walking distance to everywhere. Super clean, we stayed for 2 nights but also great for longer term. I’d return!

Great hotel at an affordable price with an amazing location in Old Town.

Good quality accommodation and well located, small supermarket less than 5 mins walk. Little printed info but questions I submitted via chat were answered promptly (both property info like recycling and travel info like local bakery).

The experience with staff at check in and checkout was good. Both of them were polite. Saturday 9:40 am I called reception to ask for a toothbrush/paste kit. Some hotels even have those in the bathroom without you having to ask. The man who answered at reception ask me “what is the reason you need one?” It was strange he was asking that. My question was do you have those kits available, yes or no answer was all I needed not a question. I answered that I brought my toothbrush but forgot the toothpaste. The guy replied “then you can go to the store to buy one”. That means they did have the kits and he decided not to give me one? That was just awful. I didn’t have time to go to the store before breakfast as it ends at 11 so went down to breakfast without brushing my teeth. Then I went to the store and had to pay for euros for a regular size toothpaste when I was just staying there 2 days. I paid for breakfast for 2 days and the second day I left at 3:30 am so did not have breakfast, but they couldn’t give me a complementary toothpaste kit.

Absolutely incredible property with amazing amenities, fantastic location, clean, and large apartment. Even included its own washing machine and bathtub. 10-15 minute walk straight to the Old Town which was great with a child.Overlooked Tallinn from the balcony which was beautiful. One of the best apartments we have stayed in Europe. Highly recommend. Thank you.

This is such a lovely old hotel in the old town, so it’s a great location to all the sites and walkable to other areas as well (including the ferry, which is very convenient). The staff are friendly and helpful - they suggested gluten-free cafes and restaurants and arranged a day trip for us too. The rooms are unique and full of character and charm. I’d really like to return here soon too!
