Great for overnight
Member of staff was lovely when we checked in, just what we needed after a long drive from Glasgow. We were staying for one night to get the ferry from Harwich the next morning and the hotel was perfect for our needs. Great that breakfast was included as well especially with a wee one and a long day ahead

I speak no German but one of the receptionist's spoke excellent English. They have a small restaurant and the receptionist had made the menu in German and English. The rooms are a little old fashioned but that added to the charm of the place. I would definetly stay again.

Keurig hotel, nette ruime kamer en schoon. Ze hadden keurig bericht gegeven dat de straat eruit lag en of we dan alsnog wilde komen. Prima ontbijt, alles netjes verzorgt. Echte aanrader zeker om van daaruit leuke uitstapjes te maken.

Das erste und letzte mal im Freiraum Hotel
Womit fange ich an: 1.) Empfang völlig Unfähig oder einfach nicht bei der Sache gewesen. Ich hatte den Meldeschein extra mit Firmenanschrift (Geschäftsreise) ausgefüllt, sowie es auf dem Counter schriftlich stand, damit die Rechnung richtig geschrieben werden kann. Als der Herr die Sachen in den PC abgeschrieben hat, fragte er mich, ob es privat oder geschäftlich ist, sorry ganz ehrlich, warum die Frage, wenn ich den Bereich ausfülle? 2.frage von ihm, wie heißt die Firma? Ich war sprachlos. 3. Frage von ihm, soll der Zusatz Kostenanteile auch auf die Rechnung? Was für eine Frage, sonst hätte ich es nicht aufgeschrieben. Danach druckte er mir die Rechnung aus und übergab sie mir. Was war? Natürlich ohne Firmenangaben 🙈 2.) gewünscht hatte ich im Vorfeld ein ruhiges Zimmer, ich bekam ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite, wo komplette Baustelle war 3.) Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig. Kein Wunder, es sind nur leichtbauwände. Man hörte alles, jede Tür. 4.) Fahrstuhl ist wohl schon länger defekt 5.) ich war froh, das an dem Tag die Temperaturen gefallen sind, Hotel hat keine Klima Anlage, nur Lüfter. 6.) Ausstattung erinnert einen an ein etwas besseres Krankenhaus Zimmer. 7.) Ikea Schrank groß & wackelig(nicht an der Wand befestigt) 8.) Frühstück richtig schlecht,kein Rührei, Kaffeemaschine hatte Probleme usw. Das Hotel dürfte Max 60€ kosten. Bin selbst 8x im Monat im Hotel Limit 100€. Aber sowas habe ich noch nicht gesehen. Verstehe die positiven Bewertungen wirklich nicht.

Preis/Leistung stimmt
Das Hotel ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und bietet dem Preis entsprechenden Komfort. Leider gibt es keinen Aufenthaltsraum außerhalb des Zimmers, keine Bar oder Restaurant am Abend. Parken kann man problemlos.
