Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Terrible bunch of Grinches
They doubled the price after I made the booking. Very unprofessional. They said they would get back to me after I made the complaint, but they never did. So I never went to their property and they ruined my holiday and Christmas.
