No good at all! I think its the fault of Hotel.com. They had NO idea of guests arriving, more or less closed because of Covid! No room ready, NO Breakfast!! No hot water! We slept there because I knew it would be hardly impossible to get the money back from Hotel.com !

No staff were present when I arrived and I had to phone and then wait approx 10 minutes before someone arrived to check me in. Property did not provide towels or bottled water and had very limited parking. No dining options even though they advertised a cafe, restaurant and breakfast.

Check in was as fast as could be expected and staff were very friendly. The hotel is a bit dated. My room was clean but furniture and room looked a bit tattered. I think it is a good value none the less.
