The property is a little dated. No elevator. Great beach view. Very good restaurant and bar. Wide selection of food styles. Great breakfast. Small bathroom.

I arrived at the hotel with a booking for a de luxe room. The room (319) was very small and dark a filthy outlook, bins and bird droppings and high buildings on all sides with the air conditioning units outside my window and the noise of a tv (presumably from next door). I immediately went to the reception desk and asked if my room was really a de luxe room. One of the receptionist asked if I was a solo occupant. I replied I was, which was probably why I had been given this awful room. After two receptionists spent some time on the computer I was given a new room (357) which had the same outlook but at least I could see the sky! I make no apology for saying I would not stay there again and fully expect this comment to be disregarded, if it is read at all! The photographs I am including (which were the best I could get as the windows didn’t open any further) were taken from the second room I was given on the 5th floor. The apartment was clean.

Incomparable city centre location just off Grafton Street, opposite Bruxelles. Have stayed multiple times. Great studio apartments, spacious and really well appointed. Ideal for a weekend stay in the city . Cannot recommend highly enough.

The location can’t be topped. Easy from the airport with a shuttle and to and from Heuston with a bus or shuttle. Walk to everything else. Bathrooms were very clean, sheets were clean. Older building with some broken things, moldy smells. Would give it 5 stars if it were half the price, but maybe that’s Dublin?

The flat itself was nice, clean, and has lots of light. Quite tight for 4 people though as there wasn’t anywhere to put luggage and had to use the kitchen for bags. However, we had many technical issues with the check-in and the digital keys. We called the office number and they were very helpful and always available. We had to download a second app in order to get into the building. Also, we extended to late check out and our “key” once again did not work, even though the late checkout time was confirmed. Once again had to contact help to be let in. Staff were always helpful but the digital key was quite frustrating.

Location is amazing - just that the street is noisy so be prepared to hear noise all night and early in the morning. The place was clean. We had some issues and they were addressed by the property manager the same day.
