Wonderful hotel, would definitely recommend and stay again! I got a tour of the facilities as soon as I arrived which I loved as it meant I didn’t have to discover things independently and wonder how things worked. The room was gorgeous, just bear in mind the toilet and shower share the same door, I didn’t mind as I was travelling solo. The food was delicious! Everything I ate tasted good from the breakfast to the lunch to the dinner, everything was tasty! The only room for improvement is the WiFi, at times it would drop if I went from my room to the pool for example but it came back minutes after so not the end of the world. I loved staying here so much and would definitely stay here again if coming to Portugal

Lovely 3 night stay at the Palacio. Very clean. Very well decorated. Breakfast had excellent selections and the gentleman staffed there were friendly and helpful. Location is very close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this facility and stay here again without a doubt. Also- so grateful to Michael for his help. Everyone needs a Michael!

This lovely modern clean hotel was a joy. The staff were without fault, friendly, helpful and just lovely. The attached restaurant is also amazing with the best of local wine and produce. Jessica and her team run a great place to stay, 10/10.

Very nice hotel, fair breakfast, resonable price and very well located. Cleaness called my attention, very well mantained.

My stay here was the perfect finale to wind down from an extensive road trip of Lisbon, Nazare, Aveiro and Porto. The grounds, lobby and room exceeded my expectations. Staff was friendly and welcoming. My room, all on 1st floor, was sparkling clean with a view of olive trees. Mini fridge partially stocked with plenty of extra room. Air conditioned as well. Nespresso coffee maker available by request. On site restaurant and bar well appointed with excellent cuisine. I enjoyed a massage at the on property spa. Play area for kid's including kids swimming pool. Indoor and outdoor pool for adults. Stable of horses available to ride. Free winery tour with tastings was my favorite. Of course i purchased a case of their wine. Walking trails also. Set amongst green rolling hills. Come and enjoy.

Fantástica nova propriedade totalmente focada nas crianças, excelentes actividades e equipa de animação fenomenal para proporcionar umas inesqueciveis férias aos mais pequenos. Para o valor, acho que podem variar um pouco mais nos buffets, achei a variedade de comida fraca para os standards Vila Galé e sugiro que coloquem mais amenities nos quartos (só tinha gel e champô 2 em 1). Sugiro também reforçarem a limpeza dos quartos e seus blocos, o nosso quarto não estava bem limpo (cabelos, pó e migalhas no chão) e à entrada do nosso bloco estava o conteúdo do cinzeiro despejado no chão uma manhã inteira. De resto, staff muito simpático e prestável, zonas comuns limpas, camas e sofá cama muito confortáveis.
