I paid extra for a first floor room so that I could use the deck. The deck was boarded shut and I couldn’t access it. This is after you upcharged me that morning when I asked for the first floor. If you knew I couldn’t access the outside door, you shouldn’t have charged me. Shame on you…false advertising😡

The rooms can be accessed either in the hotel or from the parking lot, and that makes for ease when taking luggage to and from the room.Loved the deck outside the room . The staff were super friendly and the beds were so comfortable. Had a great stay, and ifnim ever back in Moncton , i will definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was terrible. Eggs not fit to eat. Loved the fact we had an outdoor deck we could sit on but only 1 chair. Deck very dangerous to step down from. No railing to help up or down steps & walk way was in the middle of the two rooms. Had to have help going down no support at all. We would not stay again. Flush is so small we were almost sitting on floor. Flush kept clogging up we had to ask for a plugger
