Our bed had hair in it and the lady immediately said I can’t switch you rooms . We had to ask if she could send someone up to change the sheets . The offered us a bath Matt for a towel to use for the pool

Hotel was good. The customer service needs to be improved. I booked two - two queen bed rooms. It wasn’t showing that on their end, but showing exactly what I booked in Expedia. They told me I would have to call Expedia instead of them taking it upon themselves to figure things out. We had to suggest possible solutions, whereas I feel that they should have. Good customer service is SO important. People are on vacation and shouldn’t have to worry about checking in.

I booked my stay through EXPEDIA for Aug 6th prepaid. Got confirmation about the reservation and when I called the Hotel to figure out CHECK IN they said I didn’t have any reservation there’s no confirmation on my name, even after I got email with confirmation number on Monday with my receipt as well. Terrible Terrible experience. Got refund at the end.
