Excellent stay as always. First time here but can always count on Best Western for a nice stay. Only thing i could constructively come up with for improvement is, update the tv to smart. I missed my YouTube.

I booked my stay through EXPEDIA for Aug 6th prepaid. Got confirmation about the reservation and when I called the Hotel to figure out CHECK IN they said I didn’t have any reservation there’s no confirmation on my name, even after I got email with confirmation number on Monday with my receipt as well. Terrible Terrible experience. Got refund at the end.

I would not recommend this hotel. The safe in our room did not work. When we told the front desk they replied that most of the safes don’t work and the owners do not want to fix them. We stayed on the 3rd floor and the WiFi did not work. I had to go into the stairwell and down to the second floor to get a signal. We asked the front desk for extra towels and were told “the towels are all in the dryer so it will be a long time. “ The hotel is clean but outdated and honestly pretty dark and dingy. No one at the front desk says hello or talks to the guests when you come in and out. Shoutout to the ladies serving the breakfast. They are lovely and work very hard.

Needs improvement, but some nice aspects too

The room was not well cleaned. Toilet paper to be changed right when we came in, trash not emptied, a half emptied water bottle still in a drawer. There was no bathtub plug to give a bath to our kids and they did not manage to find anything even after we mentioned it. The service at the breakfast, on the other hand, was friendly. The beds were also comfortable.

Asked for ground floor re: cane and got a room on 3rd floor; were informed at the counter that we had to pay another 250.00 dollars which would "later" be reimbursed, was not aware of this at all. AC in the room was always on and couldn't shut it off we froze all night.Very disappointed in my experience
