Casino NB has always been my “go too” place to stay in Moncton. Love the big rooms. There pretty sound proof. Room service is usually good. Lots of food and drink options. Casino is nice to go down after a long day and have a little fun. My kids love the pool area which generally is pretty quiet because doesn’t seem to be a first choice hotel for family’s. I find the hotel is starting to feel dated. It’s in need of a face lift. Dirty carpets, dated TV vanity. Wallpaper in places peeling off. Our windows in our room were filthy dirty. Top of microwave had an inch of dust on it. The furniture and chairs in the room were visibly in poor shape. There isn’t a USB option in the room to charge a device. We had a 5th floor suite with a balcony. Balcony was covered in bird poop. When you charge 400 dollars a night for one of your top suites. And it’s in the kind of shape ours was in. Kind of a disappointment. A few years ago I would have said this is the nicest hotel in Moncton. Not anymore. Hope they plan on doing upgrades soon. On a side note that I just remembered. Me being a safety guy in my work career. There elevator inspection is past due since July. And it’s making some funky sounds. There is a plastic sign advertising what is on each floor and it broke the plastic from the vibration of the door opening and closing.

My husband and my stay at the Casino New Brunswick was wonderful! We were only there for one night, but we would definitely like to go for a longer stay. The staff were courteous, approachable and friendly. We had a Deluxe Room with 1 King Bed and it was beautiful! The shower was enormous with a safety bar to grab if you were unsteady, plus the toiletries were unscented! The bed was the first King we had ever slept in and it was amazing; so soft and so much room!!!!! There were only a couple small things we found mildly annoying. The first was that we had to park behind the building because there was not enough parking. To be fair, there was some sort of concert happening in the centre attached to the hotel, so this makes sense. It was just annoying. Also, the lack of any room service was a bit annoying, however, this was listed in the facility details when we looked at the fine print. When I asked the front desk staff if there was anything like even champagne to the rooms, I was told no, but she did look sincerely apologetic and told me where I could find an open liquor store that was close by. I was delighted that she had a solution ready. Overall, we had a fabulous stay and would love to go again for a longer stay to try other ammenities like the pub in the attached casino as well as the pool/hot tub and maybe even check out a show at the centre. Amazing job Casino New Brunswick and beautiful recommendation Expedia!

The parking is a little bit on the rough side the parking is in good need of repainting its lines stores restaurants and amusement are relatively near lots of options. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. There is a pool and a hot tub near the lobby easy access to the casino the staff are friendly suite we had was quibbled with one bed in one room and in the other a couch that transforms into a sofa bed two bathrooms only one was equipped with bath and shower. The other was only a toilet and sink very clean rooms

Lovely king suite! Great value! Told on arrival the hot tub was out of order but then it was working by the time we went to the pool the following day which was great! Staff were polite and check in and out went smoothly! Our 3 night stay was one of our most enjoyable vacations yet!
