The location was good and access to a number of great restaurants and shopping. Having a restaurant on property was a big plus for me and was enjoyed and used I was on the first floor and except for very noisy neighbours everything was relatively great.

Very noisy motorcycles and cars burning their tires outside until 2 am. Kids crying inside and yapping in the corridors early in the morning. Som people we met got their bicycles stolen in the parking lot. Not a great area to be in on a Saturday night.

I arrived to check into the family suite. In pictures it shows 3 beds. There are two beds and extra floor space for the extra cost. Discussed with front desk. No resolution. At check discussed again. Given free parking. Later called with a $25 credit to me. The $170 difference from a regular room..is not worth inlt because all you get is extra floor space not the bed in the picture

Great place to stay

Very nice! We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable and quiet. The pool was clean and the water was very nice. We had dinner at Baton Rouge and it was all delicious. The service was excellent! We would definitely recommend this hotel.
