We were taking in a show at the Capitol - perfect location. Barely a 5 minute walk. Parking is great, and hotel was very clean, and room was a good size. Comfortable beds, and great black our blinds!

For downtown Moncton, this is perfect

Right from the moment we went into the parking lot we were met with friendly knowledgeable, personnel who are willing to help in anyway possible. we were down to Moncton for a doctors appointment, and then to watch a ballet in the evening. We were within few minutes of any place we needed to go. The price was right. The location was right. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect

The staff was very friendly. Jason, the parking attendant was so friendly and helpful with our parking since the parking lot was full. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. So definitely choose the breakfast when you book your room to stay. There was a hockey game going on over the weekend so we never had the chance to see the pool area.

Room was very clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the soap, shampoo etc.. was highly scented and I have an allergy to scents. I had to use my own shampoo as soap. Thankful I had my own. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and helpful when I was having issues logging into the free Wifi.

Dining in their restaurant was a bit pricey but the food was really good and every time you eat in any restaurant in Canada you have to give tip 15,20 25%of your bill so with the Uber

I have three things to suggest… we had a room with two queen beds and were 4 people, yet, everything provided was for two people only, i.e. towels, water… we had to ask for more. Second is the bed frame! There is foam on the corners, but that really is not sufficient. Ouch!! Third… a small table in the room would be great!

I have stayed at this hotel probably 50 times over the last 30 years. They have overhauled the entire property for the better. Located across the street from the Avenir Centre it’s so convenient if you’re going to any event at the arena. Staff are excellent and the addition of a Baton Rouge restaurant to the property is a really big plus…! Highly recommend

We had a good stay, just one night. We were disappointed that we couldn't eat in the hotel but we should have known to make reservation. We found the parking validation confusing but eventually the girl at the desk helped us.
