Impeccable Service
We booked on hotels.com and for some reason the front desk didn't have our reservation number and the kids suite we booked was no longer available. We were very fortunate to have Justin at the front checking us in and he provided a new room more spacious than we had booked. He was apologetic and extremely helpful. My kids snd my niece and nephews had a great experience.

We stayed in one of the big rooms which was very spacious and met all of our needs. The floors were not vacuumed well and still had takeout food on it under the coffee table. As soon as I made them aware of the problem the sent somone to vacuum the floors and also offered a room change. We didnt take the room change, I was happy with them vacuuming the floor.

No elevator and $200 deposit not yet refunded
The price I paid was ten dollars more than the price quoted by hotels.com plus the took a two hundred dollar deposit as well and it still has not been refunded four days later. It also has no elevators. I only was given a main floor room because I have cancer otherwise I would have had to carry my things up stairs.

Wonderful stay for concert at casino
Spent a night for a girls trip. Went to a concert at the casino. Just a five minute walk! Very comfortable bed and very clean. Amazing hot shower. Lots of parking. Great free breakfast. Front desk staff person was very professional and helpful. Overall excellent experience and would definitely stay again!
