One night stay for business. Staff greeted me upon entering premises and were very friendly. Hotel was very clean and room was wonderful. Breakfast was better than some other locations. Very pleased with experience.

False advertisement!!!

No toiletries, always look forward to little surprises. There was nothing but coffee and tea - the norm. I expected more from a ritzy hotel on my birthday. I selected the room because it showed a shower wand in the shower of which there was NOT!!! Very disappointed!
