This hotel is very clean and my room was spacious. But it has no perks. No free breakfast, parking cost $12 a day and my room did not have a smart tv so I could not watch Netflix or prime! I would not stay at this hotel again because of these issues. Not worth the money.

Absolutely great stay! Staff were awesome, room was clean and spacious. The complimentary shampoo and conditioner were great quality! Just wish the parking garage was a little more spacious.... held our breath trying to navigate around in our Ram truck. lol.

Pros: Reception staff on arrival was great and suggested the hilton honors membership to waive the parking fees. Room was clean. Parking was safe. We had breakfast the first day and it was great, it was a buffet. All was smooth. Cons: rooms were not very soundproof but we weren’t annoyed by noisy neighbors fortunately. A/C in the corridor (and room when we arrived) was set very low and it was literally freezing there. On second day for some reason, breakfast was not a bigger and we spent around 1 hour there overall between waiting, eating and paying (we had vouchers but still had to sign done invoice, which is stupid) vs less than 30min the first day. The two poor staff serving were running all the time… At checkout time I had to remind the receptionist that parking fee was waived because he was going to charge me. I said I’d drop the key at the box when leaving the parking and he acknowledged, but then there was no box so I had to go back inside and when I told the guy he looked at me and said “oh ok”… very pro. So overall good, but there are a few things that should be improved.

The Hotel is 5 years old and is remarkably well maintained and very clean. Restaurant staff are excellent and the food is surprisingly good for a small hotel. Staff at the front desk were generally helpful and friendly. The only issue is that Moncton itself is not a very welcoming place. But, we needed to stop for the night and the hotel suited our needs. We will stop there again next time we drive to the Maritimes.

Restaurant is the selling point

The atmosphere of the hotel was nice, the restaurant was top notch. However, the linens were dirty with red and brown stains on pillow cases and blankets, and the pool was filthy.

The hotel was impeccable, the restaurant outside had a nice rich menu, the room was spacious, comfortable and modern, a microwave was available in the room. Hotel staff were friendly, especially Ming and Soukaina, charming and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood was beautiful but I didn’t get a chance to see much. They have a pool I didn’t try. I only wish they provided cash options to pay for the washers and dryers since it’s only coins. I also wish they’d have a rule so that one person can’t hog all 2 washers and dryers. I stayed in the laundry room for hours trying to get a turn.
