Worse place ever for the entire hotel I have been in the world. The place is smelly, dirty and no aircon, bed is soggy that we have to sleep the other way around from the foot- as our head part. Kitchen is smelly, and disgusting, we cant even eat breakfast in their; the hotel says washer and drier included but very filthy. My husband has to go out and find a laundrymat.

40 minutes before we were allowed to check in, we were told we had to pay $25 per room to hold them, even though we coukd have checked in earlier. Then when we questioned if we were getting that money back on not at checkout, the girl had no idea what we were even talking about. Pretty sure the guy scammed us. Then the place was dirty and musty feeling. The locks on all the doors (screen door, solid door and bathroom door) were all broken. Broken tile in the bathroom. The pool area has a huge hole above it leaking god knows what onto you while your trying to enjoy a swim. Overall VERY bad experience.

The room wasn’t clean. The toilet seat was not attached. The sheets were ripped. The pool area smelled like a swamp and the pool deck was so dirty we turned around and left the pool. The kitchen/dining area was not the picture advertised online. It was much smaller and dirtier and the breakfast was a choice of cereal or toast in crowded corners behind bench seats that only one or two people could access at a time. We haleard ithers complaining about the dirty rooms and saw people taking pictures and complaining about the “breakfast area” We had booked two nights and left after one. They Refused to refund. Beware! Not as avertised!!!!!

Poor choice to be recommended by hotel .com

The floor was sticky to walk on, coffee machine not working,holes in wall stove and fridge dirty and outdated, stayed two nights and no one even cam in to change towels, and when got back late no parking available and told to park on street I am shocked that hotels.com would even suggest this dump eve hall ways and Lobby is dirty and I am still cracking

The bedding felt great, and the mattress was most comfortable. The bedroom was clean. I am giving such a low score because the kitchen was from another world: upholstered chairs so dirty, I had to cover the seat with something clean before sitting down. There were broken knobs on the stove, an electrical outlet that made me concerned, basically a severely neglected space.
