This place was terrible, garbage everywhere, mold in the bathroom, fridge froze all my food, i went into the pool up to my waist and now have an infection. We checked out early and went somewhere else.

Do not book here

The roof fell apart and the room flooded, which could happen anywhere. But the room clearly had not been checked on recently. The bathroom was disgusting. Walls are paper thin. I checked out after the first night of my stay. The staff told me i would not be charged for the next 2 nights i had originally booked. That was a lie, and they gave the Hotels.com agents the runaround.

First of all the street is very very busy & very close to parking. Loud The building smelled of smoke Needs major updating or at least some repairs to peeled paint/ dinged up walls etc The red silk blankets need to go! Our room online appeared to have a couch- it did not. We planned to have someone sleep on it so we didn’t have enough room for everyone. We did not feel comfortable at all. Stickers on the room doors? At first look they appeared to be swastika, but maybe not when looking closer? Did not give off a welcoming/comfortable feeling at all.

Never book this hotel again !

Once checked in we noticed the hallways were dirty and not vacuumed. The bathroom was not clean as the heart shaped jacuzzi had soap scum around the edges and a ring of dirt in side the toliet. The continental breakfast was poor and the area not cleaned at all. The sign outside thr establishment showed a restaurant, which there was not . So thats false advertising. As we complained at the front desk about the conditions. They said we were being rude.

You get what you pay for

I stayed 2 nights and the only good thing was the comfiness of the bed, the rest was bad. Halls were not cleaned for 2 days and they were dirty (plaster, debris...), pool was slippery (I almost broke my ankle) plus no towels. A lot of rust, broken things (mirror), even found a moth in the window. I guess the rooms prices are cheap because the motel is cheap

The hotel and his service was terrible, From the entrance to the room, the stairs had nails sticking out, dirty with cigarettes, the room and floor were totally dirty, we had to request a change of sheets because the ones they gave us weren't there, the bathroom was dirty and the room had a strong smell of tobacco.

Awfull stay discuting place . I dont recommend, the staff of the evening was really helpfull but otherwise cant find them at check out ...homeless people sleeping in stairs ...i wanted to go cheap well here we went....pool with plasters from other people with debris on the bottom.. .

Budget friendly hotel, with a pool!

Really enjoyed staying with these guys! We stayed three nights, for what it would cost us in another hotel for a night, the service was great, helped whenever needed but stayed out of the way other wise. The rooms are not perfect, but with A/C, a king bed and a full bath, we were more than comfortable, not to mention the big screen tv, ice cold fridge and free breakfast! Would definitely return, especially at this price point, hard to find a hotel with a pool for the price of the stay! Thanks again for having us!

Disappointed

A hotel was nothing like the picture show. The continental breakfast was nothing more than cereal and toast run out of a restaurant that they use in the evenings and stuff is on different corners. The apple juice tasted old. They didn’t even have hot water at first. The stairs going up to one of the buildings with poorly put together, nail sticking out everywhere. The hotel room was not very clean towels that had black stuff on them. Blankets that had burn holes. They had no extra pillows or blankets. Very disappointing. Nothing actually match the pictures that they showed online.

This place is a disgrace to the Whyndham name. It is filthy the desk clerk is rude and has no authority, there is no onsite management nor will they speak to you on the phone, and i am pretty sure they pretend to have tv service. We had none and others also complained. Roku tv with a rogers remote...hum! We complained, made a formal complaint with head office client care and will do a BBB complaint if the resolution is not successful. We DID NOT stat here and will never, nor recommend anyone stay here. It is a germbag hotel with a not so cheap pricetag, and a damage deposit to add insult to injury. Alisha, Supervisor Sam and the Phantom manager all should be fired! Pictures online are false advertising! Head office needs to do an onsite unannounced visit. This place is a health hazard! Oh, and the elevator didnt work. Our room was on the second floor...pretty sure it is standard practice to offer a refund if a guest requires an elevator! HUGE THUMBS DOWN!
