Trying since Aug 28th to reach management. Please see my below email I have been trying to reach a manager since August 29. I was told each time that someone would get back to me. I called this morning and the gentleman said to email. I would request a refund for the stay of Aug 28th. At 4 in morning of the 29th i keep hearing large drips of water. I could not sleep and got up only to find that the floor above room 26 had a hole in it and water was dripping at a fast rate. I notified the hotel clerk and we both videoed it. It was not safe to turn the bathroom lights on as they were covered with water. I had to check out to find another hotel as I had a funeral to go to that day. Please see attached. The lady working the front desk was aware as well. I am very thankful that I was not electrocuted

Dated and in rough shape. The room was clean but everything was old and worn. There was a bit of a smell when walking in. Surprisingly, the bed was very comfortable but for the price we paid, we got our money's worth.

After booking the room one month in advance, we were not eligible for the room that we desired because it was not ready. upon our discovery from entering the premises. It was found to be very heavily saturated with cigarette butts all over the area. And to top it off, even the TV remote didn’t work. the staff at the reception desk, who we worked with, seemed to be upbeat and good personality, but there is only so much you can do with, let’s just say a crappy motel, but you get what you pay for so if you want a minimum go here if not, I would definitely recommend another place.

It was honestly the dirtiest, sketchiest place we've ever stayed. The bathroom screen fell on me while i was washing my hands. There was spilled coffee splatter all over the door and walls, and i dont know when the last time the window sill in the bathroom had been wiped down, because it was full of black dust and hair. We didnt bother complaining. Because we assumed all of the rooms must be similar. Excellent price though!

The room smells of cigarette smoke. The bed is the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. The air conditioner is loud, and doesn’t do a great job cooling and the curtains in the room are falling apart. The floor and walls are dented, chipped and in need of repair. Outside the property has garbage everywhere and is dirty. Even for the low price I would not stay here again.

That’s a worst place i could ever stay it’s better to say on street not in here It’s was a horrible place everywhere flies, smells so bad hard to breath even those I felt bed sheets were not changed Never gonna go back

I arrived slightly early for check in but no problem because they don’t actually clean the rooms. They just make the bed with dirty sheets and change the garbage. After getting a dirty room they said they would give me a different room and proceeded to show me 4 other rooms which all looked to be in the same condition. So I asked about getting a refund so I could go somewhere else but they said expedia would have to refund me and it may be difficult. So because I had a concert to attend I didn’t have time to argue so I just picked the best room from what they showed me and said screw it, I’ll deal with it later. After returning from the concert however I was exhausted so I said I would just try to go to sleep but after looking inside the bed and smelling it I was out. It smelled like a homeless person who hadn’t showered in years was just sleeping in it. Then I started looking and seeing other things like snot Lougee on the walls semen was on the headboard. There was blood squirted all over the bathroom wall on the light and up on the ceiling, when I tried shut off the TV all it did was change the channel to PBS and the TV wouldn’t shut off and I said that’s it. It was 12 o’clock midnight and I was only there for maybe 15 minutes and I was done. Now they’re refusing to refund any of my money. $80/night at the end of September for a filthy disgusting mess, they should be ashamed of themselves. I ended out $80 and didn’t even stay plus I had to drive back home 3h at midnight.

I didn't expect a lot for a two-star hotel. It looked a bit rough on the outside. The lobby and dining area was decent. However, they could definitely improve on the cleaning of the rooms. There was pee stains on the bottom of the toilet, hair on the bathroom floor, stains on the duvet cover and either stains or something on the sheets. It was an easy check-in and friendly staff.
