No phone staff said they might get one for a person with no cell phone thats not safe. The room was so small 2 adults and 2 kids had a hard time moving around. The pools had a tinge of green to it.

The wording on this survey is strange. The property was fine but the actual room wasn't the best. They definitley didn't change the shower curtain as there were sticky finger prints covered in fuzz. There were also small black hairs all over the wall in the shower. It grossed me out to shower in there. The shampoo and conditioner smelled so good. Everything else was as expected and the beds were comfy

Firstly, when I walked into the hotel I was made to wait for nearly an hour for my room because they were short staffed (2 housekeepers) and rooms were not cleaned. Prior to this (5 hours before) I called and booked and made sure my incidentals were taken care of so that when I drove for 2.5 hours that I could just check in and go my room. The front desk girls were standing around laughing and talking in their language while people stood and sat around waiting for their rooms, not being provided service. The wifi was very slow and poor and disconnected me many times. Lastly the pool was absolutely disgusting and the water was all yellow and had things at the bottom of it. I had on a white bathing suit and it completely stained it. The room itself was very dusty (lampshades in particularly) this room and hotel is not worth near $200 a night. $95-$115 at best!

Upon arrival, we were told our room was changed, as our booking had flooded. Room was not as we booked - very small. No hot water for showers in the morning. The boyfriend needed upgrading - looked shabby.
