Best service I had in my last 25 years of international traveling and it's in my own Country. I announced my hypersensitivity to fragrances ahead of arrival and our room had been ionized to take out any particles in the air. On Arrival the reception had been a delight to check in with and we had been made aware of our fragrance free room. The room was immaculate. I received same day an email inquiring about our check-in. I comment I just remarked that the bedding had a small amount Polyester into the cotton spun in and that I was mildly dissapointed that it was a week early for the pool to open. Next mornings on the way to the excellent hot breakfast I had been made aware my message had been read and the supervisor herself, arranged cotton bedding, open the pool a few days ahead and upgraded our room for the inconveniences. She also personally inquired daily for our well being. But she was not the exception. Her entire team working like a family together and made us feel we where part of that family. I never had encountered service, where every single member took exceptional care for of EVERY customer, no different if booking where done on their home page or a booking platform which sometimes not getting best rooms or service. If you want outstanding service go and stay at the Rodd Moncton, I certainly will and also consider checking out their other 6 locations
