This was a very beautiful hotel and the lady at the front desk whom name starts with a K please forgive me for forgetting your name was very helpful. I have only 2 things that I would reccomend. The room shoild come equipped with dishes and I found about 6 ladybugs on the ceiling when I turned the heat on...I would suggest getting rid of them but rather ladybugs then roaches.

The front desk staff is unprofessional I was trying to check in and they were eating chips so much that I had to ask a few times to understand what they were saying. Then they requested paperwork for my service animal which is illegal to ask. Then the room has absolutely nothing in it- no body wash no utensils no extra towels unless you give back your used towels???I asked for an extra blanket and they refused so I was left cold. Lastly, the upstairs neighbor sounded like an elephant walking around at all hours. In all my life this is one of the worse places I’ve ever stayed. Stay away!!

Okay stay
We arrived late and no one was at the front desk for a while. Wondered if we’d even get to stay. The elevator smelled terrible. The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was fine.
