Would stay again

This was a very nice day. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable even the pillows were comfortable. The girl at the front desk when I checked in was extremely sweet and welcoming. Overall was a great visit and would definitely stay again.

Yellow pee stain on the white bed sheets. A ball of hair on the blankets. Dirty toilets. Big centipede in the tub. No working tv controller and no hand soap. Only small bottle of shampoo for one person.

Great place

The stay was great, quiet. The rooms are spacious and clean. The night receptionist is Amazing. The morning/day receptionists arent too friendly. Other than that, the hotel is great.

The good :Hotel was in a decent location. Pretty clean and quiet, good parking and great lication. The bad : Tav didnt work all night. Staff said she reset it and thats all she can do. Was pretty much on her phone everytime you went into lobby . Sink was backed up, shower head was clogged weird smell in room. But other than that, the hotel wasmt terrible

I didn't check the reviews first. Positive: it was quiet, the kitchenette and the laundry facility were very nice. Negative: the bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable, the digital TV was fuzzy 100% of the time, my shower curtain was moldy, I was given an 866 number to call when I asked for the WiFi (free) password, you have to sign out hotel basics (blow-dry, iron...) it would have been nice to know that BEFORE going to my room...On check-in, reception was cold, off putting and acted as if I was interrupting her trying to check-in ... HOWEVER, at check-out, reception was open, friendly and welcoming (totally different woman, with a very customer forward/first attitude). Overall, if you need a place to stay for an extended amount of time like transition housing or if you're a truck driver, this is the place. For a hotel, business or pleasure, spend a little more and avoid this place.

Nice hotel room, but Beware Pet Parents!

I love Hotels.com. Great app, to shop for & reserve hotel stays. Short version: We have two dogs, so we review and compare pet fees (see screenshot). It does not say “non-refundable deposit” or “pet cleaning fee”. With 2 pet ‘fees’, I expected to pay $20, & perhaps see an authorized deposit of $50. They charged $106.66. I believe they avoid honest disclosure of the fees this way. I attempted to resolve through the hotel, but couldn’t reach them. I also called Choice Hotels Customer Service. They also could not reach the hotel, and would not give me more information on the franchise owner. Choice customer service did advise that the amount charged, was due to my being charged a deposit for each dog. I would have selected another hotel if it had been honestly disclosed that they would charge $100.00 in pet fees, instead of $10 per pet.

Asia was the best part of our stay. She has the best customer service. In 2 1/2 months staying there, only complained 1 time and they could care less. The cleaning guy on 3rd floor will yell at you for needing toilet paper. Then I could hear his full conversation on speaker way down the hall. Kept hearing VERY VERY graphic profanity, over and over. The most unprofessional experience at a hotel after staying the whole summer. …. Still treat you like a one night guest (which should be treated with excellent customer service). Not my running 3 floors down so my wife could use the bathroom. When I complained, rude girl at desk talking on her cell, listened to me and went right back to her cell phone and never said anything. Don’t get me started on the thin walls and the cable that doesn’t work in the 5 rooms we were in. Not one refund! Not one apology! They just wanted our money and who cares about customers service in hotels anymore!!! SHAME!!!
