Had to wait 5 minutes for it someone to come to the front desk. No record of my prepayment could be found so I had to pay twice and fight for a refund.
The first thing was the musty smell in the room.. the floor around the hot tub was warp you could tell the tub had leak previously.. the room door was also warp you could see the light coming from the hallway and the smell of marijuana in the hall was unbelievable..I understand that the hotel was trying to go green or eco friendly the sign said that they changed the bed sheets every 3 days but we were there from Tues-Sun and never once saw house keeping until we left.. the jets for the hot tub didn’t work so we couldn’t use it..We were definitely not impressed we have stayed at other Wyndham hotels and have never disappointed us.. If we ever get back to Michigan we definitely will find a different hotel to stay.. I didn’t take pictures our suite was 115 please check it out for safety reasons (floor) especially around the hot tub Thank you
Tv didn’t work. Clearly on duty didn’t know how to configure it and wouldn’t change our room to one with a TV that worked so we are stuck here waiting for ‘some guy’ to show up at 9pm in a Saturday night to fix it. Pretty good way to ruin my impression of what is otherwise a very nice property

The location is great however although it seems they are trying to upgrade the property there are sketchy fills loitering on property fist fighting in the hallway. The common areas smell strongly of cat urine. I'm still waiting on the return of my deposit after a week.

Last time here the room was not good not clean. This time we were in a somewhat renovated room it was better. But so noisy two ladies were fist fighting and yelling in the hallway most of the night. The common areas reaked heavily of cat urine for some reason.
Room was pretty nice, the picture made the room look different. Not sure if it’s Expedia fault or not. But was offered free late checkout when booking, but it was not free. So we didn’t end up staying late

CAREFUL MAKE SURE YOU GET BACK YOU DOCUMENTS AFTER YOU CHECK IN.
WE WERE THERE FOR THE MAYFLOWER FLY SEASON SO LOTS OF BUGS ON THE WINDOWS JUST OUTSIDE THE BUILDING.
STAFF FRIENDLY AND EASY
Good place to stay for the price point. Simple breakfast; all that you need... waffles, breads, muffins, bagels, cereal, OJ, apple juice, coffee, milk, cream cheese, jelly, butter, syrup. Good place if you have a pet along, extra fee. If you don't have a pet, ask for a second floor room.
Checked in during Power Tour. They only had one young lady at the front desk. No fault of hers but I waited 45 minutes in line to get checked. Had to pay an additional 100$ for safety deposit at time of check in. Finally got checked in and on the way to our room, other guest staying there informed us of bugs in the room. We tore apart the room and sure enough under one mattress was crawling bugs. After a google search determined it was bed bugs and there was shells of bed bugs under the beds that clearly had not been cleaned up in many stays. We left and politely told the young lady at the front desk we were not staying due to conditions and ask for a refund. We also had pictures and videos of the bugs. She stated no problem money would be refunded. Long story short week later I had to make a claim with my credit card company to try and get the charge taken off. The deposit and room charge is still there. The day we left I know of three other people that left due to bugs as well. Hate to leave a review bad of any kind but after my experience avoid this hotel if possible.

Our first night we had very noisy neighbors in our adjoining room and it was late at night. Our second day, I noticed that our room had not been serviced by housekeeping and we were gone all day long.
