The hotel is conveniently centrally located to anything you need. Brightly lit parking lot which appeared safe. All of the staff were all friendly and helpful. The room had an odd dingy smell and seemed not as clean and updated as we are accustomed to. Overall it was ok for the price.

Our first room had wet carpet in it as if somebody poured water over it around the beds. There were no leaks in the ceiling so we had no idea where it came from. The staff was very apologetic & moved us to a different room right away which had dry carpet. The only other problem I had was when I tried to load pages on my laptop it wouldn't load anything. I was connected to their WiFi so I don't know what the problem was with that unless it was a Firewall in my computer preventing it. Otherwise our stay was good. Room was clean & beds were comfy.

The first room smelled like someone had smoked a packed of cigarettes the entire pack. The second room I got moved to at my request wasn’t clean and the air didn’t work. The bistro didn’t really have most of the food available that was on the menu. The lil store was out of most of it snacks. Like the price of the hotel doesn’t even match what you experience. Also it looks nothing like the pictures the rooms need to be updated

Check in was satisfactory. Several tiles in the elevator were cracked. Threshold carpet was coming apart inside the room. There was a small refrigerator in the room but no microwave. Breakfast was a big disappointment. We paid an extra $10 for breakfast when we made our reservation but when we went down for breakfast we were restricted on our menu options. I showed them my breakfast coupon but was charged $39.76. I did asked about that on our second day and was given credit after I inquired about the charge. The breakfast staff seemed uninterested and confused. We ordered the breakfast tots with scrambled eggs but the order was served without the eggs. We asked about the eggs and they said they forgot to include them but did bring some later. The location was convenient for shopping and dining but very close to I 20 and traffic noise. We will look for a different place to stay next time

Elevator smelled like mold, the “courtyard “ was a table with an umbrella surrounded by barrels of transmission fluid. There seemed to be a great deal of water damage on the outside walls which they appeared to be repairing. The fitness center had 1 towel, no cleaning wipes and no cups for the water. It was not cheap to stay here and you had to PAY for coffee and breakfast. Instead of water and pretzels, how about free coffee like every other similar place. Will NEVER return here

I chose hearing accessible for my mother and father to stay, they put them in a regular room, room very much outdated, they were still resting when housekeeping kept knockin on the door to see if they were still in there and they felt as if they were being rushed out or something, it was before 9! Checkout is not until 11, they’re not in that big of a hurry to clean a room because it wasn’t that clean to start with. I’m a platinum member, was titanium at one point and now I see why I stopped stayin at the Marriotts for little while now. Staybridge are what’s in now.

We like the location of the property and the surrounding business. The hotel staff was horrible. They did not greet. We asked for fresh towels and sheets after two nights. The towels were delivered but not fresh sheets. We again asked the front desk for fresh sheets. The receptionist took our room number and we later returned to no fresh sheets. We eventually got fresh sheets from the front desk and made our own bed. This staffs customer service is really lacking.
