I tried to call on my way there and nobody answered the phone. There was nobody at the check in desk when I got there, no bell, so I called again. Somebody finally came out and got checked in. Troom

We really enjoyed our time. I would just say that’s it’s a bit outdated. Please update the hotel, you would get a lot more traffic if you do. Complimentary breakfast would be great as well as usb outlets for charging phones as opposed to using your block on the lamp stand. The refrigerator at one point started making a funny noise after we got in bed. We had to play music to drown it out. By the morning, it was gone. Perhaps the mini fridge needs to be updated as well. The elevator worked when we got there but by the time we were done with the water park, it had stopped working. Huge inconvenience. We didn’t have enough face cloths in our bathroom. When i called down to get more they stated that they couldn’t call anyone for housekeeping and that we would have to go down. That should never be an issue. I will say, the staff is always so nice & pleasant which I really appreciate. As much as these things need to get better with the help of management & leadership, we still had a blast and will be back. I love how close our favorite restaurants are. Also - Joe was amazing!

Keys to our room were given to another guest who checked in. It woke up our family at almost 11 pm when someone else came into our room. A violation of privacy but a huge safety concern as well. We spoke to the manager the next day and he simply placed blame on the morning shift .

While the hotel is a bit dated, our room was clean and comfortable. The waterpark was not huge, but was great for the kids. Staff were wonderful and I really have no complaints.

The room was ok. It was clean. Fridge was broken. Air conditioner blew into the curtain but room was not too hot so that was good. The staff was great. Friendly and professional. There was not a working vending machine on site and a lot of the crane machines were not funtioning, low on prizes or broken. The arcade had the same issues. A lot of games not turned on, and the prize games were not stocked with prizes. We still managed to have fun but the cost was expensive. The waterpark was fun but really cold. My seven year old had an amazing time on the many waterslides. My 3 year old had fin but there was only a toddler pool that was less than a goot deep for her to go in. There was no pool for me to swim with her. It was only water slides, splash pads, and a "river" with a forceful current. The snack shack wasnt open, and when i asked about it, i was told they dont do enoigh business during the week. In all honesty, i was one of 4 families there, and by the time we left, we were the only ones there (which was perfect for me). I would honestly go back, but i would stay at a different hotel.
