The price was perfect. My room was clean but you could tell it was well worn. Bed was very soft--you could sink right in and comfortable. Only thing is wished it had a coffee maker in the room. I will make reservations again. Thank You.

Was right off the highway and easy to find. Allowed me to have my dog but the room has a musty smell. Wasn't very clean as there was hair in the shower. Lots of people seem to be living there. Felt decently safe but I also have a big pitbull.

Need to update the rooms.
The bedding and linens were clean… but the smell in the room was horrible. They had Glade scented plug-ins to try to over ride the smell, which made it worse. The floor had been vacuumed, but the carpet needs to be changed. I always wore shoes in the room. They did have hot water for showers and heat in the room. The host at the front desk were kind and friendly.

This place was nasty windows filthy, smells of smoke carpet gross and mattress had no mattress pad and had bugs on the edges I left and asked for money back and drug deals were happening like it was ok to do

Smelled. Bathroom floor was rotten and just covered by peel n stick tile. Dirty purple coloring on tub. Sink counter crooked so when water ran and leaked from knobs the water ran all over the counter amd floor. Try add photos here on review but wont allow me to.

BED TOO HARD DONT DO IT
It’s cheap. Bed and toilet were clean. No bugs at all. All I heard was rain. Heat air worked. THE MATTRESS WAS THE HARDEST THING IVE TRIED TO SLEEP ON IN MY LIFE. Like no give, absolutely hard as a rock. So bad I couldn’t fall asleep and body parts kept going numb. I’m no princess, my van seat is way more comfy and I should’ve just slept in it.

There was an issue that occurred with the police where 7 cars , a canine and 2 investigation vans were in front of our room because both rooms on the side of us were getting raided this started around 7:30pm Friday evening and lasted until around 11:30pm. The noise from the police tearing the rooms apart searching and bumping on both sides of us was unreal. We had prepaid for 3 nights but ended up leaving the next morning but did not receive a refund because the manager wasn’t there but once Monday arrived and I spoke with the manager Amanda she was very apologetic and very genuine she made everything right and I appreciate her because she didn’t have to and that just goes to show you that there are still good people in this world even though it may not seem like it. To Corporate at Travel Lodge Amanda Parker is 1 Employee you Need more of oh I also spoke with a young lady at the front desk named April that was very nice as well and the other lady that checked us in I can’t remember her name but she was very nice as well except for that incident that occurred the staff was very helpful and inviting. Thank You Again Amanda

Terrible experience! The room I was given the door was already open and they were people smoking and standing in front of it. I complained to the front office and they moved me to a different room. The key didn’t work, something wrong with locking system. Locked me from inside took ten minutes to open. Completely stressful. Gave them the keys and went to a different hotel

The beds were horrible! They sagged at least a foot. Asked the front desk for a different room and she said they didn't have any. There were long-term tenants that sat outside with loud music, spoke loud, and used inappropriate language. We didn't feel safe.
