The rooms were clean, staff were friendly and there was ample parking. Having the IGA and Amir Restaurant (great ice cream and Middle Eastern food) close by was a huge bonus. The Pedestrian Village is only 12 minutes away. We were a family of seven staying in two rooms and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Everything was great BUT I have TWO COMPLAINTS I went downstairs for coffee before checking out at 11 am GOT Back to room at 11:03 and was locked out Had to waste time to go back downstairs to reception and be acknowledged with attitude from receptionist blah blah blah that check out is at 11 am and that I would be charged extra WHAT SERVICE IS THIS???????? Secondly the TV was only on FRENCH All other hotels I could put in my Netflix password and watch my Netflix BUT NO…, only French channels for this AX HOTEL I WILL NEVER RETURN TO AN AX HOTEL

The mountain view rooms are fantastic. Breathtaking views. Staff was nice. Cool cafe with everything you need. Ample free parking. The only negative, and it has nothing to do with the hotel, was that there were large families that would take over the public spaces and be very loud, so not ideal for a couple wanting to relax and looking for somewhere romantic.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three day stay. The rooms were spacious, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Was very convenient to have a breakfast option in the morning before heading out for the day. We relaxed in the evening, sitting by the pool and the sauna as well.
