I had an issue for most of the evening with the people upstairs and the Boise they were making . Banging. Jumping . Stomping. I went after a few hrs of tolerating it to the front desk to ask to change and they said they would talk to them upstairs and wouldn't move my room This did not stop the noise. The front desk after as I'd they didn't have space in the hotel.... It's was a Sunday night and definitely not even half full .I even said they can give me diff room.

Mountain view room was worth the little extra. Quiet and clean, location was a good fit for us. Staff was friendly. Only 15 minutes drive to Mt. Tremblant village. EV charging was nice to have.

Great place to stay close to Mont tremblant without the jacked up pricing of the hotels in the village. Clean, updated and comfortable with friendly staff. Heated outdoor sauna and pool were great after a day on the hill. I would skip the breakfast at the hotel and opt for a coffee shop up the street

There are no bathrobes in the rooms! Bring your own if you plan to use the hot tub or sauna. There is no maid service during your stay. The hotel is located quite a distance from the mountain so keep in mind if you’re skiing or plan to visit Tremblant. The hotel was clean but average. Service is ok.
