The room was fine but the pool was closed for maintenance and there was no restaurant on site. They offered no discount for those unannounced inconvenience. Plus the property mistakenly charged my credit card again for the booking. I had to call them to correct that mistake. they acknowledged and are issuing a correction credit to my credit card.

I enjoyed this property and would definitely come back. It’s well located about 3 min drive to the Village and about 10 min drive to the city center. The property is, clean with comfortable beds. I came here with my teenage boys and my parents and we were all pleased.

Ok pour le rapport qualité prix.

Dans l’ensemble, le rapport qualité/prix est correct, et nous avons passé un bon moment. Cela dit, quelques points mériteraient un petit coup de frais. La piscine extérieure n’était malheureusement pas utilisable pendant notre séjour (eau trouble et verdâtre), ce qui était un peu décevant. Le jacuzzi fonctionnait, mais il est assez usé, avec des zones où le revêtement laisse apparaître le béton. Quelques petits détails, comme les bonbonnes d’eau vides dans les espaces communs ou la piscine intérieure pas parfaitement propre, ont aussi un peu terni l’expérience. La chambre était agréable, mais le mobilier commence à vieillir et mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. Avec quelques améliorations, l’endroit pourrait vraiment gagner en confort.

Nous avons passé un excellent 2 jours au Château Beauvallon. Personnel courtois. Chambre très propre et vaste, la suite était tout équipée (frigo, cuisinière, micro-onde,etc). Surtout, bien insonorisé - nous avons bien dormi et pas dérangé par les voisins ou bruits du passage. Près des pistes de vélo pour se rendre au village piétonnier. Un seul bémol - le thermostat ne (sur télécommande) ne permettait pas d'ajuster la température alors il faisait chaud dans la section 'chambre' tandis qu'ailleurs c'était bien - juste curieux et nous avons avisé la réception. 5 étoiles - Très satisfait et je vous le recommande.

looks nice outside. Inside outdated. bed and room comfortable. Staff needs training. We have a Murphy bed in the room and we asked front desk to put it down for us and was told it will be done at 7pm when staff comes in with beddings made. We were out for activities and returned exhausted with kids at 10:30pm and the bed was not taken down. The kids just wanted to sleep so we asked front desk. The front desk said the bed was broken and he could not put it down and we can use an airbed they have but I have to take it and do it myself. And I have to make the bed myself. All he said was excuses how he was not able to do it. I was like...okay...another front desk staff took the airbed to our room and inflated it for us. The airbed is not very clean as might have been used many times but what else can we do? At least this staff did not make any excuses and just did the work while the other guy just kept explaining why he could not do it. Wow...are they in business? Does the staff get any proper training before putting on the job?
