Very rude staff, not helpful at all, they tried to move me from a lake view suite to a street view without asking me, when asked why they did not reply and offered me drink vouchers to the bar ( I don't drink). Whenever I asked for any directions they replied in a very sarcastic way and made me feel like dumb for asking questions. I was so upset I ended up leaving one day early so I did not had to deal with this people

the hotel is absolutely beautiful and wifi works great. My mom and I enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi a lot. The people at the front desk were amazing and extremely kind. Now the room. The main room with the king-size bed gets extremely hot, it took a very long time to cool down using the ventilator. It was really uncomfortable. Also, the mattress used in the Murphy bed was uncomfortable, it felt very deep by the middle and also we could feel a division which made it uncomfortable.

Very nice place to stay for a reasonable price. You get a full kitchen, living area, and deck with a view of Lac Quinet. The staff here is very friendly, I had a great dinner and drink talking with the bartender. I will be staying here when I visit Mont Tremblant again to go skiing. The only thing that I wish was different about the hotel was that there were vending machines with snacks.

Rooms were a bit dated, check in staff was very friendly. Our first room was really far from elevator and the check in staff changed our rooms with no issues. Lobby entrance was beautiful, and it had the best rec room, gym, spa and pool by far from all the other lodges that we stayed at. Resto menu is decent, evening wait staff was young and lacked a bit of attentiveness. Breakfast buffet selection was great, breakfast wait staff was excellent. Will definately come again and recommend to friends.

This property and the staff not only met my expectations, but beat my expectations. From the front desk, to the food and service at the Whiskey bar, to the food and service at the restaurant the following morning, everything was perfect The room and the view was simply… just lovely. My only negative is that the mattress in the room for the Murphy bed needs replacement as there is a large dip in it right in the centre of the bed. Other than that, I will be coming back for future stays. Already looking at booking for next summer

Stayed here for 4 nights. Amazing experience. The lakeside is peaceful and perfect place for kayaking and stargazing at night. Spa room and spa service are not that good. If you are looking for luxury relaxing spa, you can check some other place. Apart from that, everything is top notch👍 Thank you!

The view from the room was fantastic, blending in with the autumn foliage around the lake. The staff were all friendly, and it was a pleasant trip. The room was clean, but it was a bit smelly. Overall, I think it will remain as a happy memory. Thank you.
