When we arrived in our room, we noticed A LOT of white hairs or furs on the carpet. It was the night before Thanksgiving and the front desk was very busy so I didn’t bother reporting it to them. The following night I asked for a housekeeping and specifically mentioned for the room to be vacuumed. We also met the housekeepers on our way out the morning that they’ll clean and told them to vacuum our room. When we came back, the room was tidied up but obviously not vacuumed. We have a one year old with us and the whole stay has been sneezing and coughing whenever we’re in the room.

Beautiful rooms. Water slide fast and a great addition for the kids. Breakfast was not worth it. I’d probably eat out next time. 7:30 and not a table to be had, muffins and waffles kind of gross.

Standard hotel but very quiet, because is further from the departmental road, nice swimming pool for kids and SPA outside for adults, in front a nice bar/restaurant, few stores, and gass station close, but far enough to not cause nuisance
