Hotel staff were very efficient and helpful.Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was fine but dinner was very very average. Overall a good stay for one night , useful airport transfer included and very good value for money. Will use again when flying from Genoa airport.

A very good hotel with helpful staff. We were able to leave our luggage there before and after our stay. They have a relaxation area where you can wait for your train. We highly recommend it.

check in was quick & easy. The hotel staff were very helpful & polite. Given a map & some useful info on routes & things to see. also on check out, our train wasn't until 13:30, however they allowed us to keep the room until 12:00. breakfast good & they can make you a proper coffee. room in a good location, convenient to old town. gien it location rooms can be noisy, as main road in front of hotel & bar in the alleyway.

It is a 1 star hotel, you get for what you pay. Staff was unpleasant

The staff were most helpful when my cell phone died. They referred us to repair shop a few blocks away .. successful recovery w/ new battery. Also when I needed a paper copy of an electronic visa for a later country visit .. no problem. Breakfast tasty each day. Room nicely proportioned and clean.
