Fantastic hotel! Located very conveniently to so many great spots. The family room was ideal four our family of four with two teenagers. The staff was incredibly kind and the bar was beautiful. Highly recommend

Our experience can only be translated in one multilingual word WOW This have been my 3 rd visit to Venezia myself and i have not experienced this type of service , quality and wow factor . The establishment , its history and location was only the beginning of our Wow factor. I can honestly say the entire staff brought it to a level that i never saw before and can only dream to receive in the future again . We loved our stay here. It’s the perfect location, the rooms are really clean and the breakfast was wonderful. We would definitely stay here when visiting Venice next time.

Wow Wow Wow! The hotel had 10.0 online ratings which I was skeptical of, but it was Absolutely a 10!!!!! Gorgeous, incredible staff, great location, exceptional breakfast and the nicest (& coolest during heatwave) rooms of all the 5* properties we stayed at in the last couple weeks throughout France & Italy. Sara at breakfast and Ivan at bars made us feel like family after a day! Highly recommend!!
