Loved having a tennis court and a pool and we had an awesome view it was walkable to town like a nice walk, but not too close to anybody so it was nice and quiet and walking distance to the beach. I would definitely stay there again. I want the same room tho, best views!

We enjoyed our stay here, it was the second time we stayed. It is quiet, 15 min walk from the center (or 3 min by car, Uber), nice beach in front. Property has a pool and sauna. We didn’t use it, but will try next time.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful my stay was. Beautiful views. Short walk to ocean. Clean nice room. Hot shower water. It has a stove in the room if needed. Huge screen tv. It is very close to perfect. I definitely recommend. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Our unit was very clean and updated. The resort is on Old Montauk highway with beach access and a view of the ocean. We love Montauk off season when it’s more quiet with still many restaurant options. We will return.

Cannot beat the price for a sunny October weekend in Montauk. I came to surf and didn’t spend much time in the place but I woke up to the sights and sounds of the ocean (including whales). The unit itself is dated as far as appliances and bathroom go. But if you’re just looking for an affordable, comfortable and quiet place to rest your head while you enjoy the town, then this place is great.
