DECEPÇÃO TOTAL
Maior decepção. O hotel possui apenas aquecedor central, que só liga quando atinge 10°. O quarto fica congelante, e é fornecido apenas um pouco de lenha, que não dá conta de aquecer o suficiente. Atendimento PÉSSIMO. Chegamos por volta das 12h pra fazer o check-in e eles nem queriam abrir o portão porque o horário era as 14h, não liberaram o quarto nem meio minuto antes. Hotel caro, não vale o que cobram. Estrutura antiga, porém tudo muito limpo. Café da manhã muito bom, porém quando acabava alguma coisa demorava repor. Não recomendo e nunca voltarei.

Hotel muito bonito, local bem perto da rua principal, quarto e banheiro amplo, estacionamento fácil, dentro do hotel, café da manhã muito bom, atendimento muito bom. Ressalva na banheira de hidromassagem que estava com as válvulas um pouco enferrujada e deu defeito o qual a atendente noturna, muito solícita veio ao nosso chamado desligando-a no disjuntor.

Achei pouca a oferta de canais de tv, não funcionava adequadamente. Bebidas do café da manhã sempre na temperatura morna, nesse frio gostaria de bebidas quentes. Aquecimento do quarto, por ser automático, não funcionou nem uma vez com temperatura bem baixa

Hotel com boa estrutura de atendimento, acomodação perfeita com estacionamento coberto e junto ao quarto. Funcionários bem preparados com ótimo serviço. Ótima aparência das instalações com aspecto de tudo novo. Café da manhã que atende perfeitamente bem e com ótimo atendimento do pessoal de serviço. Altamente recomendável para não errar na escolha. Situado em rua pavimentada e a pouca distância do centro de compras e restaurantes, cerca de 600 m. Considerado uma das melhores acomodações de Monte Verde.

A estadia foi sensacional. O hotel é muito bem localizado, as acomodações são muito limpas e modernas. Dispõe dos melhores equipamentos. Os funcionários sempre preocupados com nosso bem-estar e muito educados. Além disso, a noite de fondue do hotel vale muito a pena, e o café da manhã é muito gostoso. Não temos absolutamente nada a reclamar.
