Estadia maravilhosa! Atendentes super solicitas, café da manhã gostoso. Na minha opinião só tem uma coisa a melhorar, ventilador. A pousada não tem ventilador ou ar condicionado! Fomos agora em novembro 2023, estava muito calor.

Pousada muito tranquila, o chalé é igual na foto, banheira de hidromassagem quentinha, o chuveiro também é uma delicia. Somente o café estava um pouco frio, mas quando pedimos outro logo foi resolvido.Indicaria sim, e voltaria mais vezes.

Férias!
A pousada fica bem localizada, local tranquilo, limpo. O que eu senti foi um pouco de falta de cuidado com o cliente. Chegamos a geladeira estava com a porta aberta cheia de gelo, não fechava, a xícara do café quebrada e mesmo avisando acharam normal, sem toalha de rosto. Coisas pequenas que podem cativar um cliente.

Ótima estadia
Adorei a pousada, ótimo custo benefício em relação às demais opções da cidade. Fiquei em um quarto recém-reformado, tudo muito bem cuidado e limpo. A hidro é uma delícia, a lareira é fundamental nos dias frios, o café da manhã servido no quarto é simples, mas tem o necessário pra começar o dia. Apenas o wifi não era muito bom.

Nao consegui dormir. Banheira com cheiro de gas.
Ficamos no quarto 8, existe uma caixa d’agua que funciona 24 horas e o barulho da bomba é muito alto. Necessita de tratamento acústico. A banheira solta cheiro de gas muito forte do aquecedor! No frio, quarto fechado, lareira acesa, nao combina com vazamento de gás. Deu medo. Dormimos muito mal. Nao ficaria de novo.

O tempo não ajudou a realizar outros passeios, a não ser conhecer o centro. As pessoas que estavam disponíveis na secretaria durante a minha estadia não tinham a iniciativa, ou a orientação, de buscar informações sobre horário e transporte de ônibus para a rodoviária, telefone de rodoviária (não estava de carro), ou orientar como funcionava em geral para passeios ecológicos, se havia um comércio próximo caso precisasse - tive que descobrir tudo sozinha. Sobre as opções de caminho para chegar ao centro - deveriam explicar as opções destacando as vantagens de cada um deles (caminhos). Pedi para verificarem por que o forno do fogão não funcionava. Não obtive retorno. A roupa de cama não estava com aparência de que havia sido lavada.
