A clean and spacious room. Enjoyed a nutritious breakfast at the breakfast buffet with a lovely view. Very helpful and English speaking staff.

The location is fantastic. My room was a bit small and basic for a 5-star hotel. The swimming pool is fantastic but needs serious renovation. The tiles are falling and broken. Access to the park is awesome. The gym is great.

Great stay! Food was good …. We’re not as helpful and friendly….

The hotel is a standard type with beautiful grounds and pool. The rooms are clean and roomy with all the traditional comforts of contemporary hotel. The stay includes breakfast and dinner but the dinner service is basic. The staff is very professional and helpful- they assisted us with our last minute requests.

I don’t think this should be a five star resort I enjoyed my visit to Puerto Iguazú but I didn’t love my stay at Loi. I found as a whole the staff were very inattentive particularly in the restaurants and bars. There was no one greeting or taking room numbers at breakfast, and the dinner service wasn’t great. The food I had at dinner was nice, I can’t fault the quality or price. I think the breakfast was very low quality offering however, given the price of this hotel I would have expected a wider offering, cooked-to-order omelettes etc. The hotel will organise you taxis but beware they are more expensive than Ubers which sometimes operate. As an example, Uber is about 10,000ARS each way to go into town, with the hotel it’s 30,000ARS return (plus surcharge so 36,000 if paying by card). I stayed in a Junior Studio and the room felt tired, especially the cupboards which are looking worn and need to be replaced. It was nice to have the glass door open and hear the jungle. I had a 4pm flight so requested a later check out. Usually hotels are happy to offer an hour or two extra if they aren’t full occupancy. I was told they charge 25 USD per extra hour. Given the place was far from full, it wouldn’t have hurt them to upgrade me to a nicer room, but that’s life! In early September it’s still too cool for using the pools, even the heated pools weren’t “warm” enough to enjoy. This isn’t a big deal but just something to be aware of.

If you like Nature, this is the right place to go Wonderful place I think specially for families but basically for everybody very helpful staff beautiful big swimming pool all surrounded by nature, hummingbirds and butterflies. We would have liked to stay more time if we would have known we would better stay there from the beginning.
