The staff are excellent, there is hurricane melissa here and i had to extend, the mangement team let us stay on a cheaper rate. Take care of us and make we r safe. This is my 4th time here and i will always come back.

Because of the impending hurricane I lost the opportunity to experience what the hotel would normally offer. I weigh only 120, and I do not eat a lot or drink alcohol, so their food and alcohol do not serve my purpose. Yet I had to extend as the airport is closed they are charging me more than I paid thru hotel.com

Our room has potential for improvement to make it look modern. The shower heads could also be switched out for newer ones. Besides that,the staff was very warm,welcoming and polite. The hotel itself maintained it's cleanliness including the kitchen. I wish there were more pool activities throughout the day or standard entertainment for adults.

I had some doubts about this property, but was relieved when we arrived. The room seemed clean enough and I liked that we had a balcony. I’m a Jamaican who returned home for holiday and it seemed like they pulled out all the stops for the Heroes Day dinner that evening. I was confused and excited by the many options. It didn’t disappoint either. We enjoyed every meal after that and my family are very hard to please. The other guests aren’t lying. The staff are kind and friendly. The ambience and the background in the dining room is splendid! I also went to the spa for a manicure and never had my feet pampered like that. Loved the pool experience too. It was clean and not too deep. And the backdrop is amazing. For a small hotel on the hip strip, I never expected to enjoy the experience but I did. It is a bit on the older side but I can see they are doing their best. The only thing that was a bother to me was the gym. The equipment could use a bit of updating and air conditioning.

Overall, the experience was amazing! The staff was trustworthy, kind, and sweet. The beach view was beautiful, and having the beach right across the street from the resort made it even better. Whenever we needed the room cleaned or anything replaced, they did an excellent job. I felt safe, my family felt safe, and we would definitely come back again!
