Highly recommended: Staff friendliness and promptness. Service was excellent.Food was very good, the selection and presentability was excellent. The only thing I would suggest is better steak choices that are more tender. Bed was comfortable and clean. Internet access was sometimes lagging and unavailable. It would have been nice to hear the drivers transporting back and forth to offer if a ride is needed. Most of the time they just buzzed through even when empty. I know the walk are short but still. Also the shows are nice but more audience participation would be great. overall our experience was excellent. I like that the staff were mostly from the island and they were very friendly. From the time we arrived to the time we left - we were very pleased and plan to come back. Thank you to all

We had a great time. Rented the club suite. Only issue was tiki huts blocking my view, but was nice to have the bar near especially for lunch. Enjoyed room service for breakfast. Some restaurants took a little longer than expected for dinner.

This resort was a pretty big disappointment. Multiple issues with the room that they didn’t care about and would just brush us off. Getting anybody at the front desk to answer the phone was rare. Treated like they already got my money so could care less about my stay. Quite a few of the staff around the place just had a rude demeanor. Definitely won’t be back, book at the jewel grande instead.

I reached out to the property multiple times to request decor for my birthday upon arrival and never received it. I did arrive to a dirty swimsuit pool. However, it was quickly cleaned. Overall the property was clean and the staff was good. The next day a water pipe broke and all of the swim out pool were not useable for sometime. I never received any compensation for these inconveniences. I was very unimpressed and disappointed by the food at the restaurants except SPICE. I will not be returning.

Stayed for 5 nights for anniversary . So beautiful and every staff member was nice and helpful. The spa was great. Deago really helped us stay relaxed and at peace while being there. The food was great and room service was always timely as well. Overall we would come back again soon as we’re planning it now! There’s so much we weren’t able to do because of how many amenities there are! love this place.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff here are truly the heart of the resort, always friendly, attentive, and willing to go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable, shout out to LATIFA AND JUNIOR who work by the bar in the main pool, they were nothing but awesome, friendly, welcoming. They were the best😊. The resort itself is stunning, beautifully maintained, with gorgeous views, crystal-clear waters, and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The all-inclusive experience was top-notch, with delicious food, refreshing drinks, and plenty of variety to satisfy every craving. I really enjoyed my stay at excellence oyster bay. The staff were very friendly and extremely attentive. Property was clean and well maintained. I really like how they don’t use paper towels or straws and they process their own recycling onsite. The breakfast buffet was amazing as well as the oxtails. The room was fully stocked with plenty of refreshments and snacks. It’s very humid so it’s important to keep the doors closed otherwise the room can get pretty damp. Also, the AC only works when all doors are closed. Hummingbird tour was fun and the bracelet making activity was nice. Very funny tour guides which made things even more enjoyable. Definitely will be back!
