The property was nice. The cleaning staff and food Service staff was unprofessional. They had attitude and the cleaning staff didn't clean the room well. I had to asked several times for clean to let paper and towels. Even had to call the front desk and asked for help. The property floor was very slippery. The food wasn’t good it was the same thing every day.. the bacon was burnt.. the omelette station was nice…some of the staff at the bunch was so rude and disrespectful.. they ran out of food and the lines to get in was extremely long and it was very hot outside.. after the 10 pm you could get any more food.. the Jerk bar the chicken had blood in it and it was burnt and cold

Worst resort in Jamaica that we have stayed at. Consistently run out of food options, plates and cutlery at the buffet. Very disgruntled and unhelpful staff, waiting entire meal for beverage service and assistance. Resort is seemingly highly understaffed and don’t seem too interested in fixing any issues. Observed dead cockroaches in several exterior hallways for days without being removed. One of the cheaper options for an all inclusive, but honestly still not worth the money for this place. Waiting for the resort shuttle is another disaster!

I did not like that the bathroom in my room was dirty upon check in, and remained so even after requesting to have it cleaned. I paid for a junior suite with double beds, which I did not get. I was told that 2 adults with 1 child, the child is free...However 2 adults with 2 children, both children have to pay. Concierge will tell you they are addressing something and it never gets done. I'm still waiting for those bath towels, blankets, tissue and someone to check the coffee maker. The food tasted good and there was a wide variety, however, be prepared to join a line to get into the restaurant. The facility has a large pool, kids area and Waterpark. The beach is not great, but it will do...

This place was just ok. They only had one buffet for the grand side the adults only side was basically empty, yet because we weren't on that side everyone had to cram into one. Several restaurants were closed, i saw 2 roaches in my room, and the mini bar was lame. The internet was spotty, and the activities on resort was old and outdated. I could keep going, but its too much to type. I only stayed here because my wife said it used to be nice. "Used to be nice," is right they definitely need to do some work to this place. It will definitely be my last time staying here. If anyone asks me i will be referring another resort.

The staff is not as friendly as they used to be… They are short staffed and have closed our favorite restaurant on the beach and the food options for a vegetarian were very limited… I’ve had better states with them in the past they have definitely gone downhill and can use a total renovation, especially on the property in the rooms

"We didn't receive what was advertised. The 'double accompany' claim was completely untrue. I specifically asked for a bed, but what I got was more like a rock. The bathroom had a terrible odor. It wasn't all-inclusive as mentioned at all. I paid for a 7-night stay, but they only allowed us to eat at the restaurant for 4 nights. Plus, if we were 5 minutes late, we were slapped with a $20 fee. I booked an excursion, and when my mom had a medical emergency and I explained the situation, I didn't get any money back. I'm speaking for our group of 4, and overall, the experience was TERRIBLE considering how much money we spent."
