The lock on the door was broken. The location is terrible. Check out is 11am. Cats and dogs in the front. Pool dirty with tons of debris floating. Expedia should be ashamed to have this place on their website.

My stay was amazing. The pool, the rooms amazing staff, the food. Everything about grand a view is great. It speaks for itself. Very beautiful views from Its location. I stay there every time I visit Montego Bay.

Flight was cancelled and booked this hotel because it was Near the airport. Called hotel for shuttle and came within 15 minutes! Check in process was pretty good. Had to wait for rooms to be ready and hung out by the pool. Restaurant Food was good but took forever for the food to be served, an hour is too long for mainly sandwiches. Bathroom door did not lock. It was noisy because it's on a road and can hear people in the lobby because it echoed a lot. Complimentary breakfast was buffet style but was told can only have one plate after we ate. For the inconvenience of our flight cancelling due to weather, it was okay for one night. Thankful there were rooms available near the airport. Shuttle service back to airport was great no traffic under five minutes.

The property is absolutely gorgeous šŸ˜ The views were stunning, the room was super clean, the food was a bit pricey but good. The breakfast buffet was decent just wish they had more options.

We honestly throughly enjoyed the staff and service. It has great potential even being off the beach but it needs an upgrade. Some of the fixtures were broken and the place was in need of some tlc.

The only problem I had was transportation. They state they have transportation, when I called the property she state they was unstaffed and she couldnā€™t reply to my email . I had to pay for private transportation to and from the airport.

Nice hotel

The picture in the advertisement is misleading, there are no oceanview rooms that have an unobstructed view, only the master suites are, but we were not told that until we'd checked in. However, it was a nice, clean room with a not-so-bad view.

Good view from rooms, terrace as well as restaurant but the ocean is afar :( Rooms are good sized with a small refrigerator. Bathroom was clean & had good pressure. Centrally located; also close to the airport- the free shuttle is a good service for guests. Included Breakfast was OK We walked down to Hip strip but took an Uber back as it was uphill ( Hotel is on top of a hill) Overall Good not great !
