Excellent all inclusive resort, especially if you’re on a budget and traveling with kids. It is very safe and the beach is clean and beautiful. There is a little beach island at the resort. My son loves it. The food is just as good or better than the other expensive resort.

The most important thing was the “vibe”, if you want to relax then this is a great place to be!

The beaches areas are nice and well kept, love the island, staff is friendly and helpful. Our oceanfront suite had a great view, but the sliding glass door did not close properly in the bathroom was very small, but it was sufficient and I will go again.

We had so many issues with our room, and the service. My hair was almost set on fire from the hotel’s blowdryer. Our room key didn’t work a bunch of times and had to keep going to the front desk for a new one. Forgot to clean our room one day, needed fresh towels to shower with. There were very limited activities to do. Also, there are never any pool towels available.

There was only one working elevator, which was very inconvenient, especially for the staff, knowing that they had to clean the rooms and they would have to wait for the guest. Also, the room that we stayed in you could hear the people above us so the walls were fairly thin overall we had a nice time. The food was good. I love the entertainment. I wish the ocean water was a little deeper, but I’ve stayed here in the past and I was aware of that but overall, we had a great day and we’re looking forward to coming back.

I loved Catalonia Montego Bay but I DO NOT LIKE EXPEDIA. I will be deleting the app and not using them in the future. They charged me almost $1000 to book through them and I didn’t take the shuttle back to the airport after checking out. I am very disappointed and I will be talking to God in prayer and He will handle this matter.

I've been to this hotel when it was Holiday Inn. The company that took over this hotel, Catolonia should've updated this property. For instance, there was a lot of issues with the WiFi and the toliet. For instance, the WiFi was always stagnant and unstable within everywhere in the hotel. Also, the toliet was making a lot of sounds and quickly lost water out of nowhere. In addition, it was disgusting to find out that the walls sweat and leaves puddle in the middle of our room, which is very unclean. Next, the telephone barely worked where my family and I couldn't get in contact with guest services. Another concern was the towel system was very inconsistent, where it was hard to receive a towel and get in contact with workers about the towels. On a positive note, the food and staff were amazing.
