The staff was veery friendly and professional. The compound was very safe and comfortable. Food was good. My only complaint was it was very loud and noisy outside until quite late at night every night, and you couldn't turn down or block the sound.

Honestly the place is really nice but the staff especially Tiana ( I hope that’s correct spelling) she at the front desk when checking in makes everything just amazing . I had a swim up and loved it . I do think the family side is nicer & the pool is bigger than the adult side but everything was nice

Cons: I disagree with the 5-star rating. While the rooms are acceptable, they are extremely humid, and there was a strange smell coming from the AC vents. Additionally, the hallway carpets are filthy, showing clear signs that they haven't been replaced in quite some time. The food options were decent, but at every restaurant we visited, they were almost always out of something or missing ingredients. I also noticed that room service trays were left outside doors; for instance, a guest next to me left their tray out at night, and it was still there in the morning. While this may not be a concern for everyone, to me, it's a red flag—potentially indicating a roach problem. Lastly, the hallways leading to the rooms have an odd smell, and the lighting is quite dim. Pros: resort's outdoor areas are beautiful, and I spent most of my time there. I loved the beach, the pool, the swim-up bar, and the entertainment. The staff provided excellent service, showcasing great Jamaican hospitality. The spa is outstanding as well. I had a massage overlooking the beach, and it was amazing. The spa facilities are very clean, and the staff there is incredibly friendly. To sum it up, I would definitely stay here again. Personally, when I'm on vacation, I only use my hotel room for sleeping. However, if you prefer spending more time in your room or plan to stay for an extended period, I would not recommend it. For me, the beauty of the resort's outdoor spaces outweighed any drawbacks I noticed..

I heard so many wonderful things about this resort but must admit I was somewhat disappointed in our room. It was a but dated yo say the least. Honestly I would have expected and would have liked a more modernized room considering we selected a swim out room. Another thing we were not use were the cost of food items in the restaurant whereas every other place we have traveled was definitely ALL INCLUSIVE. One of our days there we were not greeted with a server for breakfast so that too was disappointing. I will honestly say that another those hiccups were disappointing, this doesn’t deter us from visiting again prayerfully with at least the accommodation of a modern room. The food was delicious and as stated in many reviews. Shoutout to Nesha in Urban Eatz and Chaze our poolside server and another bartender (something McCoy) we called him the REAL MCCOY. Their level of service was definitely top tier

This property is the Carnival Cruise of resorts! The food was TERRIBLE! The majority of the staff had a bad attitude! The only positive thing I can say is about our server at the pool area - “Ms. Tony D” was AMAZING! She was the bright spot in this vacation and saved this review from being one star!
