Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property.
The staff was very attentive and helpful.
When we got there, there was a little delay in figuring out our room, and we were also there for my daughter’s birthday. Taking these things into consideration, the gentleman at the front desk was kind enough to upgrade our room to an Ocean View.
Our morning and evening views were spectacular!
The beach was clean with plenty of seat options and shaded areas.
The food was decent, I enjoyed the fresh fruits and juices in the morning and traditional Jamaican dishes offered. The prepared food areas were kept organized and clean.
The pool was nice, clean and well tended to.
The gym facility was great. I took advantage of one of the classes and had a really challenging workout.
Entertainment could be a little better. Maybe have a live band on the wknds with a steel drum player.
I think we had a good experience for ths amenities offered at the price point we paid.
