The beach was awful too many rocks to enjoy the water, the pool closed every time there was thunder and I understand it’s for safety but it wasn’t reopened after thunder/rain passed so if you don’t get to the pool by 10am you won’t get to enjoy it or any of the activities, once the pool is closed so are all activities all you can do is drink (by the way this is the only all inclusive I’ve been to where you have to pay for so called premium drinks that each bar charged a different price for). The shuttle needs to run more often especially at night and during dinner. There needs to be more nightlife, there was no club/disco as advertised, there where restaurants advertised on the web site that didn’t exist, I ordered breakfast at 8am to arrive at 9am, at 9:10 am I called the front desk to see where my order was and was asked did I call it in or use the app, I told her I used the app, she check and said the food should arrive shortly, I know she just put the order in the food didn’t arrive til almost 10am, this was very rude she should’ve told the truth that the order was never placed and if I still wanted it, I had arrangements for that day that’s why I ordered the food at that time, if no one is going to check the app for orders then remove it. Also the tile is not safe when wet I don’t know who the designer was but they picked an awful probably the cheapest tile there is, my daughter slip on the tile and fell down the stairs, also the was a leak from the ceil in her bathroom.

The staff was not very friendly some of them wouldn’t even speak to you. When I arrived I felt like I was an outsider and not a guest I had to wait for 20 minutes to be shown to my room after a 15 hour long trip, while I waited I witnessed some guest getting hand towels and a welcome drink, I got a towel which was refreshing but I had to go find my own drink as I waited. There was a lot of things I missed out on because I was not aware or informed it was on property. The WiFi wasn’t that good and I was trying to follow the app for things to do because there were no printed itineraries and the few restaurants were completely booked and the one restaurant I did get in was horrible experience and I paid for Lobster Dinner on my Birthday on the beach that menu was terrible I could’ve just eaten at the buffet so it wasn’t really a good experience for me to be celebrating my Birthday alone. I expected better and got the opposite result.

The room was clean, comfy and cool. The view was amazing, had a view of the pool, ocean and the landscape from my bed. It was simply amazing. The staff, I must shout out our guest service attendant Holly, she was simply divine. (Pun intended). She ensured we knew all our benefits, her warm personality made the stay just that extra nice, she is the best!!!! The food was great, hot food were hot and cold food cold, many other hotels we have been to struggle to keep the temperature of the buffet food. My only issue was with the labelling of food being misplaced or not sufficient with information, especially for persons with strict diet, however the staff are kind enough to point out what each dish is if asked. The beach is not what it use to be years ago, but it's still a nice place to swim and the water is clear enough. There is also underground rivers running into the ocean so you will if lucky feel those nice cold spots. Room service was really good and the meal options great... All in all the experience was excellent and the staff at this resort are wonderful and friendly.

Property itself is beautiful, however the cracks are showing from age. Staff is great, management is clearly not. Splashes of paint EVERYWHERE - on furniture, plants, walkways because zero care is given during the painting process. I get that it's off season, but I still paid a good amount of money only to discover half the restaurants closed, and the ones open with skeleton crews running them. How do you shut down TWO of the sit down options for renovation at the same time??? Literally were only able to have one non-buffet meal the entire week. Safe in every room in our party was non functional. Doubt very much I will return.

The property was absolutely beautiful. What made this place special was the incredible staff. We arrive for my husband birthday, things wasn’t set up as prior request, however the staff made up for that. Tamika Parke went above and beyond to ensure that our room was set up correctly. She took great care of us and that made it extra special. I can’t leave out Holly Aldridge and Deshane. I also want to say a BIG thank you to Kacey the bell man he was the best. To management these are the kid of people you need to keep. They made the trip extra special.
