Ocean Coral Spring - All Inclusive offers 513 accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature free minibar items and laptop-compatible safes. Rooms open to balconies. These individually decorated and furnished accommodations have separate sitting areas. Beds feature down comforters and premium bedding. 55-inch LED televisions come with premium cable channels. Bathrooms include showers with rainfall showerheads and hydromassage showerheads, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers.

Don’t book privilege, save those extra dollars because there’s no difference . Privilege drinks ran out , no special privilege transportation, even the “premium and privilege “ areas your supposed to have bartenders , I was here for a week I didn’t get service on the beach or at the pool . The place is clean and they have a few cool staff but it really depends on the staff of how your stay is going to be . If they’re not in a good mood , you won’t be either . Food is good here . the food and the upkeep were the only reason I didn’t leave the property on the second day

It’s a nice place, however the staff is not very friendly and have quite a bit of attitude. The life guards and bar tenders at the pool side were amazing. Food wasn’t that bad, both the restaurants that required reservation were awesome, however the rest were just fillers with not so great food. Overall experience was nice, the pool, the beach and the kids splash pad.

There was nothing to dislike about ocean spring. My experience was wonderful!! Staff went beyond their call of duty to make my vacation expectations a reality. Major shout out to mr weston and his team for their customer service..i had to mention this because I've never experienced anything like this in Jamaica..thank you again.

This resort just does not give you the experience of comfort or all inclusive. My room when I checked in did not feel clean and simply felt like it was just wipe down with a wet rag and did not feel fresh. Room service food was cold when I received my order and took more than an hour. The hotel has so many limitation when it comes to the dining options and the times the options are available . The restaurants are not open for business everyday and when they are they are open for limited hours. They have a virtual reality center on site that isn’t included in the all inclusive that you have to pay separately. This just didn’t do it for me. What I can say the staff were friendly. When I go back to this resort or recommend it as an all inclusive NO

Safety is a big issue if you are booking this property . I stayed on this resort and on my last day someone went into my room while I was off for breakfast , stole my headset and took a beer from the fridge and left the can in the bathroom ( I do not drink alcohol ) . …… I reported to the security of the hotel but nothing was done about it . You will think after searching my bags thoroughly that a feedback will be given but no, they never get back to me . …. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone .

The Italian restaurant was horrible. Food was awful. It was our Anniversary and my daughter’s birthday and we made a reservation for 9:30pm because that’s the only time Guest Service said was available. When we got there our table wasn’t set and they told us that they close at 10pm so we were late. We explained that this was the time given to us by Guest Service. From there it was just attitude from everyone. Then the food was absolutely disgusting. Nothing tasted good. We were so disappointed.

For a relatively new property i was disappointed with the quality of the furniture in the room, the tiling in the bathroom and access to some of the amenities. For example i was told that i would have to pay for room service at 10:15pm.
