The Ocean Coral Spring hotel is a unique place & resort. Has everything you need with style,expertise,friendly staff & great food all around the resort. I don’t understand why people will find anything negative to say about this resort! I want to thank Georgia at check in she made it flawless & delivered our requests with no issues! Also I want to thank Daicia at the Expedia counter also Caters to Jamaican tours she was so helpful btw their service was amazing! Overall experience it’s a 6 out 5 stars & thank you for making our annual family vacation an amazing memory.

Our family went on a week long vacation to the Ocean Coral Spring resort. There were 13 of us ranging in age from 6 - 70. We all had a great time at the resort. It was perfect for us in every way. The kids had a great time at the water park and we all had a great time together at the pool. There was lots of room at the pool and also at all the dining spots. The food was delicious at all the restaurants and we especially enjoyed the Sports Bar where there were pool tables, a ping pong table, a foosball table and many TVs for any sports event you might be interested in. There was something for everyone. We liked how it was laid out with a main walking street with most of the shops and restaurants in the same area. It was the perfect place for our family and I would definitely go there again.

The property was nice as far as the lay out & had spacious rooms. I didn’t like the rooms they were outdated as well as the resort, the fridge was a wine cooler & all drinks items were warm. The food was cold at a majority of the restaurants, sports bar didn't have any food or snacks. Equipment (pool table, foos ball) broken. You could only get one towel for the pool which didn’t allow you one to lay on & another one to dry off. All inclusive, you couldn’t order room service after 10pm which was a up grade & no premium alcohol. So, all inclusive is really not all inclusive. Also, there were bugs ( hundreds) all over the ceiling of the patio all day & night so sitting outside wasn’t possible. They were on all patio’s both next to our room. Finally, they had a great pool area for kids but they were all at the big pool & at bar.

The place was amazing with good food quality in all the restaurants, plus they have a dinning in room sevice option which haven't seen in other resorts. The beach area had lots of seaweed and couldn't swim there, but is nothing the hotel can do about it, so you can enjoy the view and relax while tanning

The hotel staff was unhelpful and inattentive. Our requests were often ignored, and orders were not delivered. Even when we asked multiple times, we either didn’t receive what we requested or had to wait an unreasonably long time.

I stayed at this property for my birthday and had a nice time. The staff was friendly; from front desk to the butlers at the beach. Martha’s Market was my favorite restaurant because of the buffet option.

Had a great 2 weeks stay here at coral springs. Over Christmas and new year’s with 11 family members 8 adults and 3 children. We had a blast. Was such fun. Thank you to all the staff members that looked after us and the house keeping team who kept our rooms clean everyday and the guys that provide the drinks to your room. The towel lady is the best so humble and nice. The kids had fun in all areas of the pool. The beach not the best but still enjoyable. Food nice but they need some real Jamaican chefs to cook up. Family lounge could have opened earlier for the kids, they enjoyed bowling and ice cream. Coffee shop is amazing. Big up all staff members, my hot chocolate was always nice and the staff in Red snapper. The football guy lol. Neway wicked trip I would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location, 40mins from airport. Blessings
