When we checked in, there were two ladies assisting at the front desk. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch their names. One of them was incredibly bubbly, happy, and welcoming, while the other seemed to have an attitude and appeared upset. The room was nice overall, but the bathroom could use a deep cleaning. The stand-up shower was frustrating because the water drained very slowly, causing it to rise to ankle height, which made the experience unpleasant. The food was typical of most resorts—mainly catered to tourists. However, I requested authentic Jamaican cuisine and was delighted to have it on my last day, thanks to Robert at the Captain’s Restaurant and the team at Milana’s Restaurant (I hope I spelled that correctly). The poolside entertainment was a highlight! Huge shoutout to Dannellia, Debra, and Bill for keeping us thoroughly entertained throughout our stay. There was also another guy who was always dancing, but I can’t remember his name—he was amazing too. The bartenders were equally fantastic, especially Javan at the swim-up pool bar and the two ladies serving at the main pool on the adult side. They made incredible drinks and added to the overall great experience! The live band was also nice to watch. I also did a massage, which wasn't the best but the ladies was very nice and pleasant. I would recommend them doing some deeper massages. I just felt the ladies was rubbing lotion on my skin

Staff did an amazing job taking care of the hotel residents. The restaurants were well stocked with all different types of food. There was only one resturant open between 4pm-6pm which made the selections a little scarce during that timeframe but I understand the reset of the restaurants from breakfast to lunch to dinner food. The bars were adequately stocked. The pools are amazing and access to the beach is soooo close. I would def visit again.

This property was very beautiful, only cons I had were the bathrooms. I had to go back to my room a few times (just to pee) cause I couldn’t find a bathroom that wasn’t in use(only one stall) or wasn’t being cleaned. Another con was just a few restaurants that you had to make reservations for, took forever to bring refill cups and we just ended up leaving. The teriyaki restaurant was very cool and the beach (bring water shoes) was very rocky but was very nice and was good for snorkeling, also get out to the chairs early by the pool and the beach if you want one, they go quick. Room was very nice as well.

I absolutely loved everything about ocean Eden Bay. I will go back and stay two weeks straight at a time. The staff were all beautiful, clean looking well groomed so nice so accommodating to my. I have no complaints about this place. I loved every moment of it.
