This resort is a hidden gem! From the start: the front door welcoming staff was pleasant, greeted us with smiles, a welcome drink as we walked through the door, and a easy check in process.Yhe lobby bar hasca phenomenal manager and staff! The small issues we had Reneice , went above and beyond to make our stay was even more enjoyable, she was the absolute best!! Sugar Reef restaurant, the oxtails are to die for! The Steakhouse, steak was seasoned to perfection. The Hibachi, felt like a oarty, eith delicious food! The Bob Marley show was amazing! The Blue Team had the pool rocking, especially the night time foam party! 6 days wasn't enough, I could have stayed longer, they definitely make you feel like you're home❤️ The rooms are comfortable with a great view (we has the ocean view room, building 3, 5th floor)

The stay was amazing. The rooms were spacious. Housekeeping kept the rooms clean. The only issue is they don’t restock the towels after they clean. Other than that, the resort is beautiful and I would definitely recommend staying here.

This was a nice resort but needs improvement. The female staff were lovely and courteous. However, there were incidents of inappropriate conduct by young male staff towards young women guests. Recommend sexual harassment training. Some pool activities are offensive. Yes, it's an adults only resort but objectifying women is never ok. Airport transfer shuttle service is only included if booking directly with hotel. If booking with third party, you'll have to arrange your own transfer. Recommend "Best Jamaica" best in the business for transfer and tours. No floor towels in bathroom suites, no hooks in the rooms, can't hang towels or anything in suites, no pool umbrellas, shower is hot in the mornings because pipes over heat at night. Check-in is chaotic. Poor organization. This is not a resort for beach goers. Beaches are small, very rocky (need water shoes), low tides, seaweed, murky water. Most guests go to the pool. It is a tremendously huge pool. Food is hit or miss. Steakhouse was the best for us. Dinner shows are wonderful. Many food options. No where to walk outside of resort. Hotel has excursion services. Again, I recommend "Best Jamaica" for tours/excursions.

overall, it was a mixed experience. The staff, for the most part, were friendly and welcoming, though a few seemed like they didn’t really want to be there. That being said, the ones who put in the effort truly made my stay memorable, and their hospitality is appreciated. The dining options were great, with plenty of variety to suit different tastes. However, the entertainment could use a bit of improvement; there wasn’t as much to do as I expected. One of the biggest letdowns was the beach—unfortunately, it was in pretty rough shape and could definitely use some attention and care to improve the experience for guests. Despite these issues, the highlights of my stay came from the staff who went above and beyond. With a few improvements, this hotel has the potential to offer an even better experience.
