Second time here and will be coming back. They always make you feel like you’re at home. The staff are really nice and welcoming. Food is great, you have so many restaurants to choose from on the resort. Rooms are clean and upkeep of resort or on point! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

No food after 11pm. Upcharging for mid alcohol (Coronas & Fireball???) No alcohol after 1am. Not much to do. The disco is on the family side, so you’re partying with kids. Food is iffy. You could like it one day and hate it the next. The adult side buffet had the best food we had & it still wasn’t that good. This hotel is more for retired people, not for the young and turnt. I will be staying at Riu next time.

The property needs a lot of maintenance. We had to have 3 room changes and every room had issues. On our final room change we just accepted what we were given. Speaking with other guests they too had issues in their rooms such as hot tubs not working (which you pay extra for on the top floors) or in our case the back door to the swim up pool being hard to open, or the in room safe not working or turning on. When we were told the service desk about this issue they said they would send someone to assist and no one ever showed up. We were there with our older kids and ended up using their safe for our stay.

The property is nice, the staff is great however most food choices are pork and very limited to non pork eaters. I told multiple staffers it was my birthday trip and I never received a birthday banner in my door. There is no robe or slippers for non premium guess. You have to have Privilege upgrades to be treated special. Overall don’t waste your time.

The property was great, clean, and staff were friendly. Our Butler Daniel also made our trip organized, gave great recommendations for food and things to do, and even decorated our room for my birthday. He also took us around the resort to get pictures. I will be back! Dan The Man big promotion please he works like no other

I had the worst time @eden bay! 1st off do not book the ocean view because it’s really a view of the pool with a partial view which is not in the description and would not give any type of refund. No room service for the first 2 nights until I said something to service manager. The only elevator broke for the first 3 days and mat smelled like pee. So we had to walk. And when we did get room service they would knock on the door 5-8 times in the early morning for each little thing and call for a simple review basically waking you up in the morning had to tell them to stop! And would give little stock 1 snack. The restaurants are closed 2-3 hours at a time basically forcing u to go to a coffee shop for a nasty sandwich or just 1 out of the 14 restaurants are closed. U can only book certain restaurants the day of and they would sell out fast and most restaurants are closed on certain days. So you will probably miss it. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR FOOD FOR ROOM SERVICE $25 a pop and very nasty like 5 things on the menu ! Pool was super cold. Most servers were rude. They have a on site excursions that is not apart of Eden bay but on the property and excursion ride was 45 minutes late and even Bay working even say sometimes they won’t show up but then tried to sell me on the property’s actual excursion. Over all a 0/10! Don’t come here
