The staff was unprofessional, I could hear constant bickering. Staff was unfriendly and not welcoming. I did a solo trip and I felt barely greeted even at dinner by waiters. The "adults only" is misleading because I had encounters with several kids/ baby. Which I did not mine however there was a baby at dinner who cried the entire time. Over all my experience at Ocean Eden was not what I expected. Very disappointed

I really like the physical property at Ocean of Eden Bay. However, I was not a fan of the staff. I thought majority of them were rude for absolutely I had a very unpleasant encounter with someone, one of the personnel of the privilege reward program at the hotel. I was not interested in the program, because it was not in our budget. This person insulted my boyfriend and myself calling our vacation “cheap” because we didn’t want to buy into the program. I felt like I was being bullied and interrogated all at once. If this is someone you have managing this program, please consider coaching this person otherwise this person will be bad for business. This person even used foul words and got frustrated that I wasn’t buying into the program. Just off of that encounter I wouldn’t return to this hotel. Tourism is a huge part of Jamaica and the staff acts like they’re too good to serve the people. Service got better when i automatically but a tip on the table, they flocked over like birds when you flash money.

For the price that you pay to stay at this resort, in my opinion it wasnt worth it. I paid for privilege and there wasnt a huge difference besides having a butler, in which I still book my own reservations on their app The food was a hit or miss which is to be expected. I recommend the Blue Moon since it was the best in my opinion. The resort upkeep needs to be attended to. Was locked out of my room for 30 minutes due to the battery on my room needing to be replaced. This also happened to another couple in my group. Walked out of the room to a gentleman painting my door which i wouldve appreciated a heads-up prior so that I didnt touch anything since there were no wet paint signs posted. The lobby bar needs to be cleaned properly, there was a smell and stickiness which attracted gnats. All in all I wouldn't stay there again but I made the best of my vacation. If you go off the resort try Lindsay's restaurant. Its about 10 minutes away and the food is amazing!!!!!!

The property was very clean and well kept. Every staff member I encountered was extremely nice and helpful, Shout out to Amanda who was super cool, friendly and always brought the energy . Lots of activities and things to do everyday. I felt very safe on the resort because they keep track of all guests and drivers leaving and coming. I would definitely return!

Ocean Eden Bay is a very nice, safe and fun resort. It has a lot of dining options and things to do for families and couples. The check-in process wasn’t the best but the realest of the stay was great. My 4 friends and I had a TIME and we would definitely go back again. Great vibes, 1 Love

A lot issues with rooms. Only one lock at the doors. Didn’t feel safe at night. Also, drinks are so bad. Food is average. I would recommend the steak house, Tanika was the best server of this place. And red snipper. The beach had way to many rocks and hurt my feet so many times!
