When calling the front desk, someone continue to hang the phone up for me when letting them know that my toilet was not flushing properly. It was like that for hrs.i was told There was only one janitor one staffor the whole facility

Property was very clean. Sports bar though on a Sunday to watch football tvs went out 5 mins into game and they couldn’t fix them. The pool bar was great. Kemar and Nikesha were the best. Trying to get them to restock your mini fridge was very difficult. Food was decent.

As an avid riu customer I am severely disappointed in the rooms and service. We noticed roaches in our bathroom the first night of stay. The second night of stay the toilet handle had broke. We mentioned this to the cleaning lady and nothing was done during our stay. We also noticed the cleaning lady did not actually clean our room. She simply made the bed and changed the towels for 4 nights.
