The vibes were there, but the overall experience did not meet expectations. My room was mediocre at best. The safe didn’t work because the batteries were dead, the TV was broken and had to be replaced, and the food was consistently old and cold. I avoided eating on the property altogether except at Pepe’s, and only because the chicken was cooked fresh off the grill. After my flight was canceled, I was moved next door to the Palace, and the difference was immediate and undeniable. It was night and day. The Palace actually met basic travel and hospitality standards, which only made it more clear how far the original property fell short.

Everything was perfect! Room and resort was very clean, food was absolutely excellent, especially the jerk chicken hut Pepe's served everyday from 12:00 till 3:00, but most notable was the entertainment staff. They were energetic and fun and definitely made the trip for us! I would 100% recommend this place and can't wait to go back!
