My overall stay was alright. One thing I liked was the entertainment and the people I met at the property. However, the staff was very rude and anytime I had request it was solved partially. For example I had to keep coming to the front desk for a restock on beverages like water because there was nowhere else to get it on the resort. Was told it would be restocked every two days and that wasn’t true. I went a whole evening without access to water due to the staff not providing with what I needed. Come to this resort for fun only but if you want a quality stay this isn’t it.

The room smelled like mold the whole time we were there. You are only allowed one beach/pool towel a day. We went to one of their specialty restaurants and I would rate it a 3. For the money I spent I expected a better resort. I will not book at the RIU again.

Overall we had an amazing time, our only complaint was that there were issues with the electrical outlets. The only outlets that worked well were the GFI outlets in the bathroom.

My wife and I had a great time at this resort celebrating our 2nd year wedding anniversary. There was always an activity at the resort. Never a dull meeting! Definitely recommend 100%.
