The cab service was horrible. He purposely drop me off far from airport entrance. When i was leaving. We had a difference in opinions regarding Riu car service price versus Airport price and he pretty toldme to get out in parking lot area

Food was horrible. Please cook authentic Jamaican food. The food staffs , bartenders, grounds keepers, and housekeeping staffs were amazing and did an excellent job accommodating us. However, the hotel service especially the front desk staffs were questionable and some of these . We booked a tour with Jamwest and the bus that transported us to and from the hotel met in an accident and my son was injured. RIU told us that for them to call the nurse to come back, we would need to pay out of pocket. Additionally, the next morning my son was in pain and we were told that we had to check out by noon since we will be charged. RIU invites these different vendors to their properties but they do not stand and support their guests when an incident happened where their guests need support.
