This is a pretty cool property, , fun, the staff is very interactive. My favorites were the dancers Afro and Gabby…Front desk staff very accommodating and helpful Sunyah and Denzel! They made us feel like family. Food was fresh and delicious everyday. Housekeepers prompt and friendly. Only area i would like to see improve would be complimentary transportation to and from the airport since it’s so close.

I had a great time at Riu Reggae! It’s a very fun resort with an upbeat atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and letting loose. The staff were friendly, the amenities were clean, and the entertainment kept the energy high. The only downside was the limited food availability. While the meals were okay, I wish there were more grab-and-go options or extended dining hours for those midday cravings. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a lively, adults-only getaway in Jamaica! #JamaicaResort #RiuReggae #VacationVibes #IslandGetaway

Loved this resort the only part i did not like is that we arent able to drink at palace which makes no sense when i had access to riu montego bay, i went to the pool at the palace and a security told me i had to leave, so embarrassing i had to get out the pool infront of a crowd of people

Too many cons- pack your patience
The place was nice. When we arrived the reception desk was overrun with drunk people. It was not even 7pm and the front desk personell didnt acknowledge us or do anything to move the drunks and check us in. The hotel is nice looking. The entertainmemt team is wonderful! The food- lots of options only......we didnt have a single hot meal the time we were there.. the best we had was kind of warm... Serving staff was lovley and attentive. Beach appeared dirty and unkempt Many rude sales people on kayaks..if you buy..they are nice..we said no thanks and he yelled at us. Pools were well maintained but no deeper than 3 feet deep. The beachside and pool activities were fun! The many many LOUD and ABNOXIOUS American people there yelling and shriking and hollaring and swearing was way too much for us..they were everywhere. This is considered the party resort yes....but there is no where to hide from this over the top behavior. LOVE Riu hotels..but i would not recommend this one.
