I rate this property. 9 out of 10. The staff was awesome. I never had a complaint. The property is well maintained. The amenities nearby are either in walking distance and taxis are readily available.

Upon checking in, the room was change instead of having a decent ocean view I was the first for , instead of having a king size bed me and my why had to sleep on duplex beds the food was great only thing about the dinning experience was that in the open areas or eating by the windows there was a lot of fly that made it hard to eat but beside that it’s only for a family to enjoy this experience

There was some excellent staff however the food was mediocre, I specifically asked the hotel itself through chat if I could get a roll away bed I get there and they tell me they don't offer the service, so me and my 18 year daughter had to share a small bed. The toilet stopped up took 3 phone calls to finally get a plunger. The swimming pool area is really small anf basic. Beach was beautiful however as well as the grounds beautiful trees. I habe been to Jamaica several times and honestly I would not book this hotel again.

Our tv or phone didn’t work properly and the internet was super slow. But overall, our stay was great! The food is awesome, the drinks be hitting, and the beach is right in front of the resort. We had a beautiful view and enjoyed our stay.

I wanted somewhere very close to the airport, and this location was perfect! I’m glad I wasn’t swayed by some of the negative reviews—my experience was quite the opposite. The property is well-maintained, the grounds are beautiful, and the staff were generally friendly—though I’ll note that as non-white guests, we did occasionally sense some mixed energy. Upon arrival, the bellman promptly assisted with our luggage and even returned to help again when our room was changed. While I had originally booked a specific room type and was initially given something different, I calmly contacted the front desk. Within about 30 minutes, they upgraded us to a room that matched what we paid for, and I really appreciated how they resolved the issue without any fuss. The food was good, with a variety of great options. Overall, it seems that respectful communication goes a long way—treat the staff well, and they’ll likely return the favor. Keep up the good work!
