This resort offers an ideal setting for relaxation, with stunning beaches and crystal-clear waters reminiscent of a pristine swimming pool. Where do I start? This was a different experience for me as I never visited a different country other then where I am from but Sea Garden beach resort did not disappoint. The food was top tier!!!! Every meal there was a different Jamaican dish to try!!! The staff was amazing and super attentive. I loved it here so much i would definitely be coming back and recommend this resort to everyone. The pictures do not give this resort enough justice the water is super clear and the views are top tier. The only thing that I wasn’t happy about was the gift shop, the guy working there was rude and kept charging the prices on things even though somethings were marked with the price. Other then that I was super sad to leave

Came for birthday weekend by myself to relax & grieve (Lost my mother in February 2024) It took me a year to write this review but my conscious finally said do it so I may help or warn others.. Staff (Front desk) was horrible no customer service, i was put in a room that I later found out was & I quote worse room on the resort . I have video & pictures of how I had to call front desk ask them if they’re aware that my lock on door is busted. I kid you not lady said yes with a laugh. Maintenance came & put a hotel lock thankfully I had my sister on FaceTime witnessing everything because guy who came was not friendly. Not going to elaborate because this review really is about **DELROY HAUGHTON* who is head of The bell boy service. Ladies pls do not make naive foolish mistake I did & leave resort because you want to get marijuana & think we’ll he works for resort I’m safe… ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! I’m disappointed in not being able to upload video because I feel ppl need to really see what i experienced.. I really feared for my life . At one point he was so angry I wasn’t sexually attracted to him & denied his advances he threw my bag & reached out to strike me. In the video he’s screaming stop recording me… Again I know I was saved for being seriously hurt because I informed him I sent my location out via WhatsApp to my sister & close friends. Just writing this review is traumatizing I know I’m missing major points & im all over the place but that’s how horrible this trip was…

Check-in was an issue no sign on where to stand and all locals just would walk by and go up to desk while waiting to be called up. Was on the 10th floor deluxe sea-view beautiful view but night time was horrible the locals just park their cars on the streets and would party all night until after 1:00 am with loud music, motorcycles up and down the street revving engines, talking, yelling and laughing could not sleep at all. It is a shame that this hotel allows this to happen outside their hotel. The top floor room was very nice and beach was very nice. Would not recommend this resort due to the outside night noise on the street it was terrible.

Check in was an ordeal no semblance of any order? Locals bypassed any line and were taken care of first? I didn't have a working safe in the oceanfront room so I was informed there was a hotel safe or told the only person that goes in the room is housekeeping!! Stayed there a couple of nights to be closer to the airport for an early departure! Arranged with tour desk for my ride @ 6:30 am! They never showed up ? After verbalizing my dilemma I finally had to get the front desk to give the Bellman keys to one if the cars parked in front of the hotel!He was nice enough to take us to the airport! Thank goodness I was able to make my flight! Finally the property is beautiful, beach area across the street is fabulous but starting at Sunset locals congregate with their vehicles loud music shouting so never got to use the balcony and despite using earplugs didn't sleep for the entire 2 night stay ! I was told you have to call the "front desk" so they can alert Security and have the local authorities remove them!! I called twice a few hours apart because they left and came back!!! Needless to say after 20+ trips to Negril I'd rather take the long ride to the airport then stay in Montego Bay again!!

The property is an Older style property with quint spaces. I was really surprised by the difference of the Photos on the Expedia site are to the actual Rooms! Not at all like the photos. I paid for a deluxe beach front with balcony. I wasn’t happy with the first room so they moved me to a higher floor with an amazing view! The staff was very nice and very accommodating 😊

Everything you envision in an all-inclusive is provided. Excellent staff service, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Absolutely beautiful setting with sunsets over the sea guaranteed. All the guest seemed happy and full of excitement for being there. One drawback, was guest ignoring the no-smoking ban in rooms, which Manager did addressed.

We were first put in a room. We weren’t all that happy with, but when we went to the front desk and explain why it wasn’t ideal they were happy to change our room. They put us in another room that exceeded our expectations. The staff accommodated us very well and were very friendly.
