This is the first time that my wife and I have stayed at this property. We are totally impressed with the staff and beautiful rooms, gardens, beach. The food was outstanding. Shout out to Lyndon and Clayton most excellent part of the staff. We would stay here again!

Booked two rooms one on Expedia. The smelled moldy, sink would not drain, had to put my hands in the dirty water to drain the sink, no TV remote. The second room, booked directly with the hotel, had to put your hand in the back of the toilet to flush it, AC didn’t work, and went an ate dinner the food was tasteless and my daughter ate something that made her sick. The front desk was horrible, took over an hour to check is in. We reported everything right away and got no response, we checked out the next day and they refused to give me all my money back. I lost four days.

This resort is very nice. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The food is good and the drinks are great. This place exterior can use some updating. It checks all the boxes when it comes to a resort stay. My only complaint is the front desk staff are not just taking their time they are dismissive and a little rude.

I loved the vintage ambiance of the SeaGarden Beach Resort. I was impressed to see the grounds people walking around the property enhancing the maintenance and upkeep. There were two great breakfast waitress that provided great service on Thursday morning, I can remember their names but they understood the importance of connecting with the guest. Great overall stay!

staff was not friendly at all. Our bathroom was not cleaned properly. I feel as if the area needs lots of improvement as well. The food was not on point it was cold and stale this cooperation needs to get a step up. There where cockroaches every where there was also rats running around the place maybe they need to get some cats to help with that problem honestly.

I paid for 5 days, the room Keyes did not work so they were supposed to fix them, so we went on a excursion & when we came back the next day they checked us out & stated that Expedia only paid them for 2 days— we NEVER checked out .they bought our items & clothes in a trash bag! Hopefully Expedia will help if not …. Plus the hotel is old and the rooms are like your on a plantation … the food is awful! The grounds need a update…

This property has the potential to be beautiful with better furnitures and a bit of modernization, I did not meet one pleasant staff except the manager who cut my band off, they demand a $200 deposit that would not be refunded before 3 or more days, the best thing about this property was the beach area, it is definitely not value for money and I would not go back if I could help it and I definitely would not recommend. This is a very honest review with no malicious intent. Just the truth.

Did not like the service for this trip. One booking yet the family was split up and far apart which took away from the trip. The front agent was not helpful during our checkin. I think she was more interested in billing us something, was a big turn off from the get go.
