The staff was very friendly, check in/out was a breeze. I love the fact that food is available from 7am to 12 midnight. I love the all inclusive and the beach/pool area was lovely, the live proformances & games were a plus. My only problem was there are no elevators so going up to the 3rd floor was horrible especially because i have issues with my knees & there were cracks/strips on the walls in my bedroom so the room definitely needs an upgrade, the chair was also not the cleanest but overall it was worth the money.

I really loved my experience there, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was great and there was a lot of variety in terms of the different restaurants on site and the foods they served. Checking in and out were very easy and the beach and drinks were even better. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff was great! Excellent even! However, I booked for a king bed. I was given a queen I was also disappointed with the toilet when you flush it keeps running, drainage was poor as when you use the sink the water takes a while to dissipate and when you shower, it also takes a while to drain so you’re literally standing in the water. I will rate the property at 10 out of 10 for their food service and choices! excellent!

This review text box won't allow me to give a lengthy and detailed review. But I will give a summary. My wife and I check in to SeaGarden Beach Resort the 8th to the 9th of December. We did like the room we first got. It was dated and creepy. We paid for an upgrade. The upgraded room was also dated/old furnitures. We didn't receive towels to our room, we requested towels numerous times from check in to check out, we never received any. Because of that we couldn't shower. We left the resort without showing. Food was cold and distasteful at dinner. We spoke to guests services and higher ranking person's. We have not being compensated for the discomforts we experienced. Every day is a different excuse. Pillows were tough as rock, it gave me a headache, and my wife could not sleep because of it. Am still awaiting my refund. I would not recommend this resort to my enemy. We'll recommend the necessary health inspectors to inspect that resort.
