Would not recommend staying here. Unfortunately, the host was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout my stay. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, they were disrespectful and made me feel uncomfortable. Good customer service is an important part of any stay, and this experience fell far below my expectations. I hope the host improves their communication and treats future guests with more courtesy and respect.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The highlight of my visit was definitely the location since it couldn’t have been more convenient. The hotel is within walking distance or a short drive from many of Monterrey’s most popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the city without spending much time commuting. I stayed on the 18th floor, and the view was absolutely stunning. Waking up to the city skyline and surrounding mountains each morning was a memorable experience and made the stay even more enjoyable. The food was another standout. Every meal I had was fresh, flavorful, and offered a great variety of options. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the quality exceeded my expectations. Overall, this hotel offers an excellent combination of comfort, outstanding views, delicious food, and, above all, an unbeatable location. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Monterrey, whether for business or leisure.

Best place to stay in San Pedro

Room was clean, comfy, and way nicer than I expected. Staff were chill and helpful every time I needed something. Hot tub was solid, bar drinks were good, and the whole place just felt smooth and easy. No complaints. I’m definitely staying with you guys again.

El lugar es bonito, sin embargo, el hotel ya es un poco viejo. Es de fácil acceso y cuenta con todas las amenidades necesarias para pasarla bien. Solo creo que la limpieza puede mejorar.

The hotel needs to invest a n remodeling the rooms. They have seen better years. The A/C in our room never blew cold air, it was only cool and not enough for Monterrey’s summer heat. The location is perfect though. Probably not staying again in the future.

This is a relatively new property, nice, clean, and modern. The pool area is beautiful, and they have great food at the restaurant onsite. The food onsite is quite expensive though; I recommend going to the Oxxo rightaround the corner for water and otjer small in-room items. The location isnt great, its about a 20 min walk to Barrio, which is okay but definitely not in the heat. We ended up ubering to both Barrio and San Perdro. The staff are friendly but hard to find someone that speaks English.
