Room was great, super clean and roomy. Staff awesome and the rooftop bar with view of the city made the stay all the more memorable!

Wonderful stay, attentive staff, very clean room. The spa facilities are very high quality and had a lovely massage. Good choices for breakfast. I would certainly recommend staying here, the spa was a particular highlight that is free for guests to use.

I walked by this property while on a cruise seven years ago and thought it looked charming! I took a quick photo and remembered it for what was my current trip. I was more than pleasantly surprised. The accommodations were beautiful, the breakfast, the best ever, and the staff very nice and very helpful. The location is wonderful though it took me a while to get my bearings in Florence. Wonderful stay wish I had booked it for longer!

Beautiful and elegant hotel in a perfect location, close to most of the famous sightseeing locations, all within walking distance. A very tasty breakfast included with a huge selection, cereal and fruit, continental or cooked breakfast. Rooms and service were perfect.

The hotel is very nice, and the restaurant was delicious! Lots of choices for dinner, and their breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we had on the trip. The room was clean and even with a terrible heat wave, the room remained cool. The pool area is very nice and well maintained.
