Room was clean but towels were not replaced even though I asked for it. AC stays at 25 degrees even after I adjust it to 21. Power went out during storm and no AC and having to walk up 10 flight of stairs in the dark was awfully unbearable and no reparations were offered. Just a too bad for you.

Staffs were very helpful, there is daily activities hosted so it’s a bit noisy.

Our room. The breakfast, The staff and location. Were all good, we travelled by train and the station it about a 5- 10 minute walk, just across the street

Nice staff. Rooms and especially bathrooms are dated. Breakfast was good. Grounds are nice but rooms could be a lot better.

Location is great, not much food option and hotel is a bit old. Room space is small. Okay for short duration stay

Convenient location, decent size room and nice breakfast

Staff were really helpful. Rooftop bar/sitting area was really nice to have a drink before dinner. Good location, quiet but only minutes from the main areas. Room was a really good size, spotless and also had AC!
