On checkout day the room next to us was loud starting at 3 am. the staff were awesome about handling the situation I just wish they would have dealt with it sooner instead of waiting until later in the morning

Hotel shares it's carpark with the McDonalds right next door. Property is dated with a very small breakfast area. Room was comfortable for a one night stay.

All good except, found a McDonald’s wrapper on the floor next to the curtains, we did not eat at McDonald’s. TV the guide on it did not have any information as to what was on each channel. We did see the paper that told what each channel was like ABC, NBC etc.

We were upgraded to a suite and it was wonderful. I only wish we had been planning to stay there more than one night on our trip. The breakfast was excellent so many choices and the food was good. The staff was very polite and accommodating.

Our stay was good, safe area, quiet and lots of parking. The only thing that I notice in most hotels offer free continental breakfast but only until either 9 or 10 am. I get it but people on vacation don’t want to rush to get up in time. This hotel was until 9am.

We were greeted warmly by the staff. They even upgraded our room. The room was spacious and well kept. The breakfast provided had plenty of choices. One of the favorites - waffles - were there. Good coffee. I will use this location next time I am in the area.

Hotel and room was nice. Moderately priced for a Friday night with a huge event going on. Upon entering our King Size bed room, I went into the bathroom and the smell of something very chemically powerful odor was so strong I held my breath. My husband complained to the front desk person and asked him to come smell it. He said no don’t know what that is from, never smelled that before. So we left for the evening. Leaving the bathroom light and fan on constantly the whole evening. We returned with it only slightly better. We kept the bathroom door closed and fan running all night. My husband asked for the Owner/Manager to come smell it the next morning. He said he smelled it but didn’t recognize the smell as a cleaner or fluid they use. He felt like it may be a drain cleaner used in the bathtub/shower. He said he was sorry and would talk to the staff about it. I think he should have credited or room charge at least SOMETHING, but he only offered a I am sorry. Even $10 credit would have been nice. 🙁
